What should I do if the soundcore mini
speaker won't turn on or charge?
1. The speaker requires a 5V1A charger. Using an adapter or USB-A port with insufficient power may prevent
proper charging.
2. A long or worn-out charging cable with a loose connection can also cause charging issues.
3. Water exposure can short-circuit the charging port, leading to charging problems.
4. Strong impacts or falls can damage the speaker's components, causing charging or power issues.
Based on the above reasons, it is recommended to charge the speaker as follows:
1. Use an adapter with at least 5V1A power and ensure it works properly.
2. Use the original charging cable and ensure a good connection.
3. If the speaker gets wet, dry it under the sun or with a hairdryer before charging or turning it on to avoid
damaging the device.
4. If the speaker has been impacted or dropped and won't turn on or charge, contact customer service for further
assistance.
Note: If the charging indicator light is on, it means the speaker is charging normally.

What should I do if the FM function is not
working?
1. Use the original charging cable as the FM antenna. If using another cable, ensure it is unshielded.
2. Turn on the Soundcore Mini and press the "M" button to enter radio mode. The LED indicator will stay white.
3. For FM scanning, long press the pause/play button.
4. To change stations, long press the “-” or “+” button for 2-3 seconds. long press"+" for next station, long （
press"-" for previous station）
5. In densely built-up or metal-shielded areas, move to a window or open space to improve FM reception.

What should I do if the Bluetooth connection
is unstable or keeps disconnecting?
Environmental interference, long distances, obstacles (like walls and metal objects), phone model and system
issues, unsuccessful audio playback, and connecting multiple devices can all cause Bluetooth connection
instability or disconnection.
We recommend you try the following steps to resolve Bluetooth connection issues.
1. Stay away from electronic devices that may cause interference; shorten the distance by placing Bluetooth
devices closer together; reduce obstacles by avoiding walls or metal objects between the devices.
2. Turn off and then turn on both the speaker and the device to see if the issue is resolved.
3. Holding the "Mode" button for 3-5 seconds to reset the speaker and then reconnect Bluetooth to check if the
disconnection issue persists.
General How to use SD card mode?
1. Insert the SD card (This speaker supports SD card playback, up to 32GB. It supports MP3 format, but
unfortunately, it does not support AAC or other formats. The speaker supports class 4, 6, and 10 SD cards.)
2. Press the Mode button to switch to SD mode.
Note:
SD card inserted before speaker power on: flashing blue
SD card inserted after speaker power on: stay white
