To mount the Outpost Carryall bag:
STEP 1:
Choose which side of your stem you’d like the
Carryall bag mounted. Bag mounts on either side.
STEP 2: If necessary move the removable velcro strap
to the correct side of the bag.
STEP 3: Loop the velcro straps to the handlebar and
stem. Do not completely tighten. Loop the
lower tension strap around the fork crown.
STEP 4: Position bag so it does not interfere with bike
controls, then tighten the two velcro straps.
STEP 5: Pull lower tension strap snug and tie off any
excess strapping so it does not fall into wheel.

Cinch close main pocket
Drain hole on bottom
Tension strap
Front velcro strap around handlebar.
Removable velcro strap around stem.
Bandoulière amovible.
Lower tension strap around the crown fork.
Loop on both sides allows
for left or right use
