Install the surge protection adapter. (For exten-
sion use, you can install with optional ANT24-
CB03N, ANT24-CB06N, or ANT24-CB09N low
loss cables per needs.)

This extension cable from outdoor antenna packaging is for
indoor AP use only.
If you would like to connect your outdoor antenna to outdoor AP,
please use another type of extension cable like ANT70-CB1RN
or ANT70-CB1N required to be attached to outdoor AP.
Remove the default antenna from your device.
Step 4
When install the surge protection adapter
to cables, please wrap the connectors by
enclosed water-proof tape tightly.
Connect the extension cable

The surge protection adaptor from outdoor antenna
packaging is for the connection to the lighting protection
system (grounding) of buildings. All devices are protected
by the grounding to avoid the lighting strikes. It protects
your precise WLAN equipment from high voltage surges
caused by discharge and transients from the antenna.
