1. Intended Use
This rechargeable battery-operated pump is designed for
quick and easy transfer of a wide range of uids. The pump
will t 20 Litre Drums. For use with Diesel, Kerosene, Diesel
Exhaust Fluid (DEF/ Adblue), Antifreeze, Windshield Fluid,
Mild Detergents & Agricultural Chemicals.
Any other application beyond the conditions established for
use will be considered misuse. Draper Tools accepts no
responsibility for improper use of this product.

3. HealthandSafetyInformation
Important: Read all the Health and Safety instructions
before attempting to operate, maintain or repair this product.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or
damage to the user or the product.
WARNING!
• DO NOT run the pump dry.
• DO NOT use with acids, acetone, benzene, cresol,
concentrated caustic soda, liquid thinner or other
solvents.
• DO NOT use with deteriorated or contaminated liquids or
fuels.
• DO NOT use the pump for hot liquids above 40°C.
• DO NOT operate the pump for longer than 15 minutes
without a 30-minute rest.
• DO NOT turn the pump upside down after use.
• ALWAYS ensure the pump is turned ‘OFF’ and liquid has
been drained from the pump before cleaning.
• DO NOT use abrasives or solvents to clean the pump.
• ALWAYS wear suitable protective clothing and eye
protection.
• Wear suitable protective impermeable gloves to avoid
repeated and prolonged contact of uids with the skin.
• Keep the work area clean and dry. DO NOT use in damp or
wet areas.
• DO NOT modify the pump and DO NOT use for a purpose
it was not intended.
• Before using the pump check for damaged parts and that
it operates correctly. Replace any damage parts
immediately.
• Keep the pump away from heat and sharp edges. Before
each use check the pump for wear and ensure all
connections are secure.
• Store the pump in a dry location when not in use to
prevent rusting.

4. Identication
Carefully remove the product from the packaging and
examine it for any signs of damage that may have occurred
during shipment. If any part is damaged or missing, do not
attempt to use the product. Please contact the Draper
Helpline; contact details can be found at the back of this
manual.

5. Chargingthepump
Important: Before operating this product fully charge using
the USB cable supplied.
Plug into the charging port

6. PreparingthePump
1. Adjust the length of the suction tube

depending on
the size the container/drum the uid is being pumped
from. Turn the adjuster to release the two section and
tighten once length adjusted.
2. Place the nozzle

into the container that the uid is
being transferred into.
7. OperationthePump
1. Slide the switch

to the “ON” position.
2. Press the nozzle trigger

to start dispensing the uid.
3. Release the trigger once dispensing complete and slide
the switch to the “OFF” position.
− A buzzer will sound during operation when the battery
level is low and needs recharging.
8. Maintenance,StorageandDisposal
• ALWAYS ensure the pump is turned “OFF” and liquid
has been drained before cleaning or carrying out any
maintenance.
• DO NOT abrasives or solvents to clean the pump.
• Clean the suction tube and nozzle after each use.
• At the end of its working life, dispose of the product
responsibly and in line with local regulations. Recycle
where possible.
• DO NOT dispose of this product with domestic waste;
most local authorities provide appropriate recycling
facilities.
• DO NOT burn or mutilate batteries; this may release
toxic or corrosive substances.
