• To avoid damage, place the unit in an upright position for at least 24 hours before
initiation.
• Make sure that the air outlet and air inlet are never blocked.
• Only operate the unit on a horizontal surface to ensure no water leaks out.
Warnings
• Any person who is involved with working on or breaking into a refrigerant circuit should
hold a current valid certificate from an industry-accredited assessment authority which
authorises their competence to handle refrigerants safely in accordance with an
industry recognised assessment specification.
• Children over the age of 8 and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or those with a lack of experience and knowledge may only use the
appliance if they are instructed on how to do so by a person responsible for their safety
or if they are supervised and understand the hazards associated with the use of the
appliance.
• Children may not clean or carry out user maintenance without adult supervision.
• Always supervise children so that they do not play with the unit.
• When disposing of either the appliance or its packaging, do so only in an
environmentally conscious manner. Refer to local guidelines for more information.
• The appliance shall be stored in a well-ventilated area where the size corresponds to
