Charging Function
The NEF03 has an intelligent charging function. Please charge it before rst use.
Power Connection: Use the USB cable to connect an external power supply
(e.g. a USB adapter, a power bank, or other USB charging devices) to the
charging port to begin the charging process. The charging time is approx. 3h
(Charged via the 5V/2A Adapter).
Charging Indication: During the charging process, the icon on the LCD
display will ash, and the battery percentage will show the current charging
progress. Once the fan is fully charged, the icon will remain on and the
battery percentage shows 100%.
Note: The fan and the LED light are available during the charging process.
LCD Display
The NEF03 features an LCD display.
Once the product is turned on, the
LCD display will show the current
wind speed setting and the remaining
battery percentage.
• After turning on the fan, the LCD
display will show the current wind
speed setting (Level 01 – Level
100). If there is no operation for
5 seconds, the LCD display will
automatically show the remaining
battery percentage. When adjusting the wind speed, the LCD display will
show the current wind speed level.
• When only the LED light is turned on, the LCD display will show the
remaining battery percentage.
Operating Instructions
Both the fan and the LED light can be used simultaneously or separately.
Fan
• On: When the fan is o, short press the Power Button to turn it on.
• O: When the fan is on, short press the Power Button to turn it o.
• Switching: When the fan is on, rotate the wind speed adjuster to adjust
from Level 01 to Level 100.
Lighting
• On: When the light is o, long press the Power Button to turn on the white
light.
• O: When the light is on, long press the Power Button to turn o the white
light.
Maintenance
• Turn o the power before cleaning the NEF03.
• Wipe the body and the fan covers with a dry cloth.
• DO NOT clean the product with water or any other liquids.
• Clean the fan covers promptly if dust or debris accumulates to prevent dust
from entering the fan.
Warranty Service
All NITECORE
®
products are warranted for quality. Any DOA / defective product
can be exchanged for a replacement through a local distributor / dealer within
15 days of purchase. After that, all defective/malfunctioning NITECORE
®
products can be repaired free of charge within 12 months from the date of
purchase. Beyond 12 months, the charge for accessories, replacement parts
and delivery shall be at your own expenses.
The warranty will be nullied if
1. the product(s) is / are broken down, reconstructed and / or modied by
unauthorized parties.
2. the product(s) is / are damaged due to improper use.

3. The highest wind speed will not be available due to low power during use.
Please recharge the product as soon as possible.
4. DO NOT use the product in damp environments to avoid malfunction or
damage.
5. DO NOT disassemble, modify or repair the product as doing so will render
the product warranty invalid. Please refer to the warranty section in the
manual for complete warranty information.
6. Please charge the product with a specied voltage.
7. DO NOT place the product close to the re to avoid accidents and damage
to the product.
8. Please store the product in cool and dry places. Keep the product out of
reach of children.
9. Please keep the product clean to prevent water, insects, and foreign
matters from entering the product, which may cause the product to fail to
work.
10. DO NOT twist the charging cable or pull it forcibly during charging to avoid
damage to the charging cable and prevent electricity leakage.
11. The product is designed to be used by adults. Children under 16 years
old must be under adult supervision when using this product to avoid
accidents.
⚠ Battery Safety
Improper use of devices with built-in Li-ion batteries may result in severe
battery damage or safety hazards such as combustion or explosion. DO NOT
use the device if it is damaged. DO NOT disassemble, puncture, cut, crush, or
incinerate the device. If any leakage or abnormal odor is noticed, stop using
the device immediately. Dispose of the device/batteries in accordance with
applicable local laws and regulations.
