Safety, performance, and dependability have been given
top priority in the design of your grease gun.
INTENDED USE
The grease gun is intended to be used only by adults who
have read and understood the instructions and warnings in this
manual, and can be considered responsible for their actions.
The product is intended for greasing lubrication points,
which usually are greased by using grease guns. It must
use commercially available grease (in cartridges or bulks),
suitable for usage in grease guns.
Do not use the product for any other purpose. Use of the
product for operations different from intended could result
in a hazardous situation.
WARNING
Read all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations
and specifications provided with this power tool.
Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in
electric shock, fi re and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
GREASE GUN SAFETY WARNINGS
■ High pressure can cause some tool parts or hose
assembly to rupture, posing a risk of injection injury
and/or amputation. Inspect product and hose assembly
for damage or wear before each use. Do not use if
damaged or worn.
■ Hold hose assembly by spring strain relief to avoid
kinking the hose.
■ Grease and lubricants may be flammable. Do not
expose to flame or heat source. Follow all warnings and
instructions from grease and lubricant manufacturer.
■ To avoid damage to the grease gun and pump, the
loader fitting must be compatible with the coupler and
rated for at least 690 bar.
■ Smells from grease or lubricants may cause irritation to the
operator’s skin or respiratory system. Always use personal
protective equipment and wear an appropriate mask.
■ Always wear goggles when using the product. It is
recommended to wear gloves, sturdy non-slipping
shoes and apron.
■ Ambient temperature range for tool during operation is
between 0°C and 40°C.
■ Ambient temperature range for tool storage is between
0°C and 40°C.
■ The recommended ambient temperature range for the
charging system during charging is between 10°C and
38°C.
ADDITIONAL BATTERY SAFETY WARNINGS
WARNING
To reduce the risk of fi re, personal injury, and product
damage due to a short circuit, never immerse your
tool, battery pack or charger in fl uid or allow a fl uid to
fl ow inside them. Corrosive or conductive fl uids, such
as seawater, certain industrial chemicals, and bleach
or bleach-containing products, etc., can cause a short
circuit.
■ Ambient temperature range for battery during use is
between 0°C and 40°C.
■ Ambient temperature range for battery storage is
between 0°C and 20°C.
TRANSPORTING LITHIUM BATTERIES
Transport the battery in accordance with local and national
provisions and regulations.
Follow all special requirements on packaging and labelling
when transporting batteries by a third party. Ensure that
no batteries can come in contact with other batteries or
conductive materials while in transport by protecting exposed
connectors with insulating, non-conductive caps or tape. Do
not transport batteries that are cracked or leaking. Check with
the forwarding company for further advice.
RESIDUAL RISKS
Even when the product is used as prescribed, it is still
impossible to completely eliminate certain residual risk
factors. The following hazards may arise and the operator
should pay special attention to avoid the following:
■ Use the product only for its intended use. Do not alter or
modify the product from the original design or function.
■ Always be aware that misuse and improper handling
of the product can cause injury to yourself and others.

The presence of air inside the grease tube can cause the
grease gun to stall or stop during operation. Use the bleed
valve to purge this air from the system after loading grease
or as needed during operation.
■ Remove the battery pack.
■ Loosen but do not remove the bleed valve to allow
trapped air to escape.
■ Tighten the bleed valve.
■ Install the battery pack.
■ Grasp the high pressure hose by the spring guard and
remove it from the hose clamps.
■ Point the grease coupler towards an approved grease
container.
■ Press the lock-off button to the unlocked position, and
press the switch trigger to start the flow of grease.
■ If the grease gun continues to stall and grease does not
flow, repeat these steps.
