Important Safeguards
Fire and electric shock will be at the risk of user
injury, so please read and follow the below safety
precautions.
1. Before use, make sure that your outlet voltage
corresponds to the voltage stated on the rating label.
2. Children or the disable should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
3. Do not immerse the appliance, cord or plug in water or
other liquid, other wet areas.
4. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord
or plug or after the appliance malfunction or has been
damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the
nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair
or adjustment.
5. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualied
person in order to avoid a hazard.
6. This appliance can be only operated when the grill plate
is installed correctly.
7. When the appliance is working, the temperature of each
part is different, and the temperature will be increased
gradually. Please use gloves or a folded towel, and never
touch it with your hands.
8. When using the appliance, please place the appliance
on a stable, heat-resistant surface near the power outlet.
9. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means
of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
10. The use of accessory not recommended by the
appliance manufacturer may result in re, electric shock or
injury to persons.
11. When using this appliance, please arrange the power
cord to prevent it from hanging or tripping.
12. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or
touch hot surface.
13. Bread, cooking oil or other food may be burnt. Do
not place the appliance near curtains or other ammable
materials. Please keep the appliance and power cord away
from baking pans, stoves, ovens and other hot surfaces.
Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is being
operated.
14. After the food is cooked, do not use plastic lm,
polyethylene bags or metal foil to directly wrap and remove
the food from the grill plate, otherwise it will damage the
appliance or cause a re. Do not let the food cool on the
grill plate. Please remove the food in time.
15. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before
cleaning.
16. Never using sharp fork or knife to remove the food
as this would damage the non-stick coating of cooking
surface. Use heat-resistant wood or plastic utensils only.
17. Be careful for the heating food, water or other liquid in
cooking plates when moving appliance
18. Do not use appliance for other than its intended use.
19. CAUTION: Hot Surface. There will be heat and steam
produced when the appliance is working, please take
proper measures to prevent injury, scald or re.
20. The appliance can be used by children aged from
8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8
and supervised.
21. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of
children less than 8 years.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Wipe the grill plate clean with a damp cloth before using
this appliance.
OPERATION
1. Make preparation
(1) Prepare the related side dishes such as cucumber and
tomato etc.
(2) Cut the food to be roasted (such as meat) into the
desired thickness (recommended not to be thicker than
50mm).
(3) Lift the upper lid and apply thin layer of low-fat cooking
oil or butter onto the lower grill plate, and then close the
upper lid. Do not use high-fat oil as this will cause the food
to be burnt.
2. Set temperature
(1) Connect the appliance with power source and press
the Power button, the display illuminates and shows “000”.
Turn the dial to set the desired temperature. Wait for

about 3 seconds, two short beeps can be heard and the
corresponding indicator of temperature ashes.
NOTE: The maximum setting of the adjustable
temperature for this appliance is 280. Choose the proper
temperature according to the type of food.
(2) The appliance starts to heat. When the selected
temperature is reached, the preheating indicator
illuminates solidly, a long beep can be heard, the display
shows “00” and the indicator of time icon ashes.
3. Load food
(1) After the preheating is completed, grasp the handle to
open the upper lid.
(2) Place the food on the lower grill plate with a spatula or
tong.
(3) Close the upper lid.
4. Set the time
(1) Turn the dial to set the desired time. The cooking time
required is generally 5 minutes, up to 60 minutes. Wait
for about 3 seconds, two short beeps can be heard, the
appliance starts to cook the food and the time starts to
count down. After the cooking is started, the temperature
and time will be shown in the display alternately.
(2) After the countdown is completed, one long beep can
be heard, the display shows “End” and it keeps illuminating
solidly. Three beeps can be heard after every 10 seconds,
which reminds the users that the cooking is completed and
the food can be removed for serving. Remove the food
from the lower grill plate in time after it is cooked well.
5. Remove food
(1) Check if the food is cooked well. Make the food be
cooked for a longer time if necessary.
(2) Put on gloves and then open the upper lid.
(3) Remove the food with a wooden or plastic utensil.
6. After cooking
After removing the food, press the “Power button” to make
the buzzer stop beeping. Alternatively, you can hold and
press the “Power button” to make the appliance be turned
off and enter into the sleep mode. Finally, unplug the
appliance.
NOTES:
(1) Put on gloves and remove the drip tray and empty the
oil residue in the drip tray, wipe the drip tray with a cloth
and then replace it on the bottom of the lower grill plate.
(2) The grill plate and the oil or oil residue in the drip
tray must be cooled down completely and cooled to a
temperature below 40 before the drip tray is removed to
avoid any scald.
(3) Please turn off the Power button and unplug the
appliance if the appliance is not be used.
(4) It will take some time to make the appliance be cooled
down as the appliance will be still of higher temperature
after the cooking is nished.
(5) The power cord plug hole can be only used for cord
storage. Do not use it for other than its intended use.
STEPLESS ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT
The appliance is equipped with a control knob and a
adjustable rod (see below) , through which the height of
upper grill plate can be adjusted.
1. Grasp the handle to lift the upper lid to prevent the
upper lid from pressing the adjustable rod.
2. Turn the control knob to adjust the desired lifting height
of upper grill plate.

180 MODE (BBQ MODE)
Press the “Control button” to make the grill be opened for
180 and then placed atly. And then both the upper and
lower grill plates can be used for cooking more food.
Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Turn off the appliance and make it cool down completely
before cleaning and storing.
2. Press the release button to remove the grill plates.
3. Clean the grill plates with warm soapy water or a put the
grill plates into the dishwasher for cleaning.
4. Dry the grill plates and replace them well in position.
5. Clean the drip tray with warm soapy water or put it on
the upper rack of the dishwasher for cleaning.
6. Wipe the other parts of the appliance with a clean, damp
cloth.
7. Remove the stubborn stains with a piece of paper towel
dipped with some cooking oil.
NOTE: Never immerse the appliance into the water or
other liquids.
NOTE: Never use rough or abrasive cleaners or solvent
cleaners for cleaning.
NOTE: Do not use scrubbing utensil, steel wool or soap
plate for cleaning.
