General safety instructions
Check if the tension of your supply corresponds with the voltage indicated on the rating plate
of your appliance.
Before commissioning this device please read the instruction manual carefully and keep this so
that you can check them later .
Please keep these instructions, the guarantee certificate, the sales receipt and, if possible, the
carton with the inner packaging!
The device is intended exclusively for private and not for commercial use! Keep it away from
direct heat, sun and moist and protect it against sharp impacts.
Always remove the plug from the socket whenever the device is not in use, when attaching
accessory parts, cleaning the device or whenever a disturbance occurs. Switch off the device
before. Pull on the plug, not on the cable.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capacities , or lack of experience and knowledge (including children) , unless they have been
supervised or instructed concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.
In order to protect children from the dangers of electrical appliances, never leave them
unsupervised with the device. Consequently, when selecting the location for your device, do so
in such a way that children do not have access to the device. Take care to ensure that the cable
does not hang down.
Test the device, plug and the cable regularly for damage. If there is damage of any kind, the
device should not be used but the appliance must be repaired by a qualified technician in order
to avoid a hazard. Only original spare parts must be used.
A damaged cord or plug must be replaced by an authorized technician to avoid a hazard. Do
not repair the device yourself,.
Keep the device and the cable away from heat, direct sunlight, moisture, sharp edges and such
like.
Never use the device unsupervised! Switch off the device whenever you are not using it, even if
this is only for a moment.
Do not use the device outdoors.
Under no circumstances must the device be placed in water or other liquid, or come into contact
with such. Do not use the device with wet or moist hands.
Should the device become moist or wet, remove the mains plug from the socket immediately.
Do not reach into the water.
Use the device only for the intended purpose.

Stirring Vessel
• Please insure that the drive shaft is installed properly at the bottom of the mixing cup (F).
• The food volume should not exceed the maximum capacity of the mixing cup (F) (approximately
400ml).
• The temperature for mixing the food should not higher than 80 degrees.
• Do not put your fingers or any thing into the mixing cup (F) when it is connecting to the electricity
supply. Only when the electricity supply is cut off, than you can deal with the food attached to the
wall of the mixing cup.
• Do not demolish the mixing cup (F) when it is still at work.
Equipped with safety locks
• The product is equipped with a safety lock (L). When the mixing cup (F) is not or inappropriately
installed, the dynamo (B) can not work.
Usage Instructions
• Please clean the parts which contact with the food before you use the product for the first time
(see chapter cleaning)
• Put the food into the mixing cup (F) under the specified capacity (approximately 400ml).
• Put the mixing cup into the safety lock (L), the cup should than rest on the cup holder (J)
• Please insure that the plug (H) is connected and the mixing cup (F) is installed properly before
you start the product.
• Press the speed control/ on/ off button (I) and start the dynamo (B). Press ‘I’ for fine mixing and
press ‘II’ for the more rough mixing, press ‘0’ for finish mixing.
• During the mixing process (not longer than 2 minutes), do not put raw material into the mixing
cup; only after the electricity supply is cut off and the machine stops, can raw material be added
into the mixing cup.
Cleaning
• Please use water to clean the parts which contact with the food after using it. Install the
stirring vessel properly(see usage Instruction), detergent warm water into the mixing cup.
• Please cut off the power (speed control/ on/off button (I) at ‘0’) before cleaning it.
• Generally, dish-washer can not be used to clean the product or the spare parts.
• Soft wet cloth can be used to polish the dynamo (B), do not immerse dynamo (B) in water.
Do not use abrasive, brusher or alcohol, etc.
• Demolish the mixing cup (F) and rinse it out with clean warm water.
