DESCRIPTION:
The V-1094A is a solid-state audio preamplifier capable of driving150 Valcom one-way speaker/amplifier
assemblies. The V-1094A features a stainless steel plate with embossed numbers and fits a single gang electrical
wall box. the page port preamp/expander will interface 600 ohm type page ports to up to 150 Valcom amplified
speakers or expand the number of Valcom amplified speakers on a zone by 150.

The Page Port Preamp/Expander, Model V-1094A, shall be a solid-state audio preamplifier capable of driving 150 Valcom
one-way speaker/amplifier assemblies. It shall be mounted on a brushed stainless steel single gang wall plate. The plate
shall be embossed with a dial scale of “0 through 10.” It shall be equipped with a skirted black knob with white position
indicator.
The pageport preamp/expander shall provide a gain of +8 dB maximum into an 8 ohm load with a frequency response of 80
Hz to 10 kHz +/- 3 dB. The input impedance shall be 600 ohms and the output impedance shall be 8 ohms. Power
requirements shall be -21 to -26 Vdc with 12 mA idle current and 15 mA operating current.
Dimensions shall be 4.44” (11.28 cm) H x 2.75” (6.99 cm) W x 2.88” (7.32 cm) D. Weight shall be approximately
0.9 lb (.41 kg).
Limited Warranty
Valcom, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of
normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. The obligation under this warranty shall be limited to
the replacement, repair or refund of any such defective device within the warranty period, provided that:
1. inspection by Valcom, Inc. indicates the validity of the claim,
2. the defect is not the result of damage, misuse, or negligence after the original shipment,
3. the product has not been in any way repaired by others and that factory sealed units are unopened.
(A service charge plus parts and labor will be applied to units defaced or physically damaged).
4. freight charges for the return of products to Valcom, Inc. are prepaid,
5. all units “out of warranty” are subject to a service charge. The service charge will cover minor repairs
(major repairs will be subject to additional charges for parts and labor).
This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties expressed or implied, and in no event shall
Valcom, Inc. be liable for any anticipated profits, consequential damages, loss of time or other losses incurred by the buyer in
connection with the purchase, operation or use of the product.
This warranty specifically excludes damage incurred in shipment. In the event a product is received in damaged condition,
the carrier should be notified immediately. Claims for such damage should be filed with the carrier involved in accordance with the
F.O.B. point.
