ATTENZIONE:
L’apparecchio è per uso intermittente, 30 min ACCESO/30 min SPENTO.
11. Inspirare la soluzione aerosolica utilizzando l’accessorio prescritto.
12. Terminato il trattamento, spegnere l’apparecchio mettendo l’interruttore I/O in posizione “O” e staccare la spina dalla rete di alimentazione elettrica.
13. Pulire il nebulizzatore ed i suoi accessori come descritto nel capitolo “PULIZIA E DISINFEZIONE DEGLI ACCESSORI”.
14. L’apparecchio non richiede la calibrazione.
15. Non è ammessa alcuna modifica al dispositivo.
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
La pulizia dell’apparecchio deve essere eettuata con un panno soce ed asciutto e con sostanze detergenti non abrasive.
ATTENZIONE:
Durante l’esecuzione delle operazioni di pulizia, assicurarsi che non penetrino nell’apparecchio eventuali sostanze liquide e che la presa di corrente sia disin-
serita.
PULIZIA E SANITIZZAZIONE DEGLI ACCESSORI
Attenersi scrupolosamente alle indicazioni sulla pulizia e sanitizzazione degli accessori in quanto sono fondamentali per le prestazioni del prodotto ed il
successo terapeutico.
1. Al primo utilizzo e alla ne di ogni applicazione:
Disassemblare il nebulizzatore ruotando la parte superiore in senso anti-orario e rimuovere il cono di conduzione farmaco. Lavare i componenti del nebulizzatore così
disassemblato, il boccaglio, le mashere e la forcella nasale utilizzando acqua corrente. Inne immergerli in acqua bollente per 5 minuti. Riassemblare i componenti del
nebulizzatore e collegarlo all’uscita aria (Fig. G) facendo funzionare l’apparecchio per 10-15 minuti.
Le mascherine e il tubo aria vanno lavati utilizzando acqua calda non bollente.
Non fare bollire o autoclavare le mascherine e il tubo aria.
Possono essere utilizzate soluzioni sterilizzanti a freddo, in alternativa all’ acqua bollente, seguendo le istruzioni del produttore.
SOSTITUZIONE DEL NEBULIZZATORE
Il nebulizzatore deve essere sostituito dopo una lunga inattività, nel caso in cui presenti delle deformazioni o delle rotture, oppure nel caso in cui l’ugello del nebulizza-
tore sia ostruito da medicinale secco, polvere, ecc.
MEDEL consiglia di sostituire il nebulizzatore dopo un periodo di tempo compreso tra 6 mesi ed 1 anno a seconda dell’utilizzo. Utilizzare solo nebulizzatori originali.
SOSTITUZIONE DEL FILTRO DELL’ARIA
In condizioni normali d’utilizzo il ltro dell’ aria va sostituito dopo circa 200 ore di funzionamento oppure dopo ogni anno.
Medel. consiglia di controllare periodicamente il ltro dell’ aria (10 -12 nebulizzazioni) e, se questo presenta una colorazione grigia o marrone oppure si presenta umido
al tatto, provvedere alla sua sostituzione. Estrarre il ltro (Fig. A-5) e sostituirlo con uno nuovo. Non cercare di pulire il ltro per riutilizzarlo. I ltri dell’aria non possono
essere sostituiti o riparati mentre l’utente lo sta utilizzando. Usare solo ltri originali / Non utilizzare l’apparecchio senza ltro.
POSSIBILI PROBLEMI E LORO SOLUZIONE
Contattare il Centro Assistenza autorizzato nel caso si necessiti di aiuto per l’utilizzo e la manutenzione dell’apparecchio.
Problema:
1. Non si accende
2. Non nebulizza o nebulizza debolmente
Soluzione:
1. Accertarsi che la spina sia ben inserita nella presa di corrente.
2. Accertarsi che l’apparecchio non abbia lavorato al di fuori dei limiti di funzionamento indicati in questo manuale (30 min ACCESO/30 min SPENTO).
3. Accertarsi che i raccordi del tubo dell’aria siano ben inseriti negli attacchi del compressore e del nebulizzatore.
4. Vericare che il nebulizzatore non sia vuoto o sia stato riempito con la quantità corretta di farmaco (MAX. 8 ml). Vericare che l’ugello del nebulizzatore non sia
ostruito.
Nel caso in cui l’apparecchio non riprenda il corretto funzionamento, rivolgersi al CUSTOMER SERVICE MEDEL.
MANUTENZIONE E RIPARAZIONI
In caso di guasto, rivolgersi a personale qualicato autorizzato da Medel International Srl,. Non aprire in alcun caso l’apparecchio.
L’apparecchio non p1-ha alcuna parte al suo interno che possa essere riparata da personale non qualicato e non necessita di manutenzione interna e/o di lubricazione.

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE BEFORE OPERATION.
INTENDED USE
Medel Family is an aerosoltherapy system suitable for domestic use.
WARNINGS:
1. Use the device only as described in this manual and therefore as an aerosoltherapy system, following the indications of your doctor. Any use dierent from the
intended one is to be considered improper and hence dangerous; the manufacturer cannot be held liable for any damage caused by improper, incorrect and/or
unreasonable use, or if the equipment is connected to electrical installations which do not comply with current safety regulations.
2. Keep this manual for future reference.
3. Do not operate the unit in presence of any anaesthetic mixture inammable with oxygen or nitrogen protoxide.
4. The correct functioning of the equipment can be aected by electromagnetic interferences which exceed the limits indicated by the European standards in force.
In case this device interferes with other electrical devices, move it and plug it to a dierent power socket.
5. In case of failure and/or malfunction, read the ”POSSIBLE PROBLEMS AND HOW TO SOLVE THEM” section. Do not handle or open the compressor housing.
6. For repair operations address only to a technical service centre authorized by the manufacturer and require the use of original spare parts. The non-observation
of the above mentioned indications can compromise the device safety.
7. Comply with the safety regulations concerning the electrical devices and in particular:
− use only original accessories and components;
− never submerge the unit in water;
− never wet the device, it is not protected against water penetration;
− never touch the unit with wet or moist hands;
− do not leave the unit exposed to the weather elements;
− place the unit on a stable and horizontal surface during its operation;
− the use of this device by children and disabled requires always the close supervision by an adult with full mental faculties;
− do not pull the power cord or the device itself to unplug it from the power socket;
− the power plug is the separation element from the grid power; keep the plug accessible when the device is in use.
8. Before plugging in the device, make sure that the electrical rating, shown on the rating plate on the bottom of the unit, corresponds to the mains rating.
9. In case the power plug provided with the device does not t your wall socket, address to qualied personnel for the replacement of the plug with a suitable one.
In general, the use of adapters, simple or multiple, and/or extension cables is not recommended. If their use is indispensable, it is necessary to use types complying
with safety regulations, paying however attention that they do not exceed the maximum power limits, indicated on adapters and extension cables.
10. Do not leave the unit plugged in when not in use; unplug the device from the wall socket when it is not operated.
11. The installation must be carried out according to the instructions of the manufacturer. An improper installation can cause damage to persons, animals or things,
for which the manufacturer cannot be held responsible.
12. The power cord of this device cannot be replaced by the user. In case of a power cord damage, address to a technical service centre authorized by the manufac-
turer for its replacement.
13. The power supply cord should always be fully unwound in order to prevent dangerous overheating.
14. Before performing any maintenance or cleaning operation, turn o the device and disconnect the plug from the main supply.
15. Some parts of the unit are so small that they may be swallowed by children; keep the equipment out from children’s reach.
16. If you decide not to use the device any longer, it is recommended
to dispose of it according to the current regulations.
17. Make sure to:
− use this device only with medicines prescribed by your doctor;
− make the treatment using only the accessory recommended by your doctor depending on the pathology ;
− use the nosepiece accessory only if expressly indicated by your doctor and paying attention to NEVER introduce the bifurcations in the nose, but only bringing
them as close as possible.
18. Check in the medicine package leaet for possible contraindications for use with common aerosoltherapy systems.
19. To avoid strangulation and entanglement, keep cable and air tubes out of reach of young children.
20. Do not position the equipment so that it is dicult to operate the disconnection device.
21. For greater hygienic safety, we recommend you to avoid using the same accessories for more than one person.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The device must be checked before each use, in order to detect possible functioning anomalies and/or damages due to transport and/or storage.
During inhalation, sit upright and relaxed at a table and not in an armchair, in order to avoid compressing your respiratory airways and impairing the treatment eecti-
veness.
The accessories must be used only with a single patient, it is not recommended to use them with several patients.
1. After unpacking the device, check it for visible damages or defects; pay particular attention to cracks in the plastic housing, which may expose electrical components.
Check for accessories integrity.
2. Before using the device, proceed with the cleaning operations as described in the “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE” section.
3. Open the nebulizer by turning counterclockwise the top (Pic. B).
4. Make sure that the medicine conduction cone is properly tted on the air conduction cone inside the nebulizer (Pic. C).
5. Put the prescribed quantity of medicine into the nebulizer (Pic. D).
6. Close the nebulizer by turning clockwise the two parts, paying attention that they are thoroughly sealed (Pic. E).
7. Connect one end of the air tube to the nebulizer (Pic. F) and the other end to the air outlet (Pic. G) on the device.
8. If you need to use the mask, insert it directly onto the nebulizer (Pic. H).
9. Plug the device into the wall socket, making sure that the main supply corresponds to the electrical rating of the device.
10. To start the treatment, set the switch into the I/O “I” position.
ATTENTION: this device is for intermittent use: 30 min ON / 30 min OFF.
11. Inhale the aerosol solution using the prescribed accessory.
12. When the treatment has been completed, switch the unit o by setting the into the position and disconnect the plug from the wall socket. I/O “O”
13. Wash the nebulizer and its accessories as described in the “CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF THE ACCESSORIES” section.
14. The device requires no calibration.
15. No modication to the device is permitted.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The cleaning of the device must be carried out by using a soft and dry cloth and non-abrasive cleansers.
ATTENTION: during cleaning operations, make sure the internal parts of the unit are not in contact with liquids and that the power plug is disconnected.
CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF THE ACCESSORIES
Follow carefully the cleaning and disinfection instructions of the accessories as they are very important for the device performances and the therapy success.
1. First use and after each treatment:
Disassemble the nebulizer by turning counterclockwise the top and remove the medicine conduction cone. Wash the components of the disassembled nebulizer, the
mouthpiece, the masks and the nosepiece by using tap water; dip in boiling water for 5 minutes. Reassemble the nebulizer components and connect it to the air-outlet
(Pic.G), switch the device on and let it work for 10-15 minutes.
The masks and air tube must be wash ed with warm water.
Do not boil nor autoclave the air tube and masks.
It’s possible to use cold disinfecting liquids following the manufacturer’s instructions.
REPLACEMENT OF THE NEBULIZER
The nebulizer must be replaced after a long period of inactivity, in case it shows deformations or breakings, or when the nebulizer nozzle is obstructed by dry medicine,
dust, etc. Medel recommends to replace the nebulizer after a period between 6 months and 1 year depending on the usage.
Use original nebulizers only.
REPLACEMENT OF THE AIR FILTER
In normal usage conditions, the air lter must be replaced approximately after 200 working hours or after each year. Medel recommends to periodically check the air
lter (10 – 12 treatments) and, if the lter shows a grey or brown colour or is wet, replace it. Extract the lter and replace it with a new one. Do not try to clean (Pic. A-5)
the lter for reusing it. The air lter shall not be serviced or maintained while in use with a patient.
Use original lters only. Do not use the device without lter.
POSSIBLE PROBLEMS AND HOW TO SOLVE THEM
Contact an authorized Customer Service Centre in case you need help about the use and the maintenance of the equipment.
PROBLEMS:
1. The device does not switch on
2. The device does not nebulize or nebulizes weakly
SOLUTIONS:
1. Make sure the power plug is rmly tted to the wall socket;
2. Make sure that the device has been operating within operating limits indicated in this manual (30 min ON / 30 min OFF).
3. Make sure that the ends of the air tube are tightly tted to the main unit and nebulizer;
4. Verify that the nebulizer is not empty or has been lled with the proper quantity of medicine (max 8 ml). Verify that the nebulizer nozzle is not obstructed.
Should the device not start working properly again, address to Medel CUSTOMER SERVICE
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRSIn case of failure, address to qualied personnel authorized by Medel International Srl. Do not open the device in any case. The unit has
no user-serviceable parts within and does not need internal maintenance or lubrication.

cas de dommages causés par l’utilisation impropre, erroné ou déraisonnable non conforme au manuel ou lorsque l’appareil est utilisé dans les systèmes électriques non
conformes aux normes de sécurité en vigueur.
2. Conserver ce manuel de façon appropriée pour toute consultation future.
3. Ne pas utiliser l’appareil en présence de mélanges anesthésiants inammables sous l’eet de l’oxygène ou du protoxyde d’azote.
4. Le fonctionnement correct de l’appareil peut être compromis par les interférences électromagnétiques dépassant les limites indiquées par les normes européennes
en vigueur. Si l’appareil interfère avec d’autre dispositifs électriques, le déplacer et le connecter à une prise électrique diérente.
5. En cas de panne et/ou dysfonctionnement de l’appareil, consulter le chapitre « PROBLÈMES POSSIBLES ET SOLUTIONS ». Ne pas altérer ou ouvrir le logement du
compresseur.
6. Pour les opérations de réparation, s’adresser exclusivement à un centre d’assistance technique autorisé du fabricant et demander l’utilisation de pièces de rechanges
originales. Le non respect des indications ci-dessus peut compromettre la sécurité de l’appareil.

INFORMAZIONI GENERALI / INDICAZIONI D’USO
Medel Family è un sistema per aerosolterapia indicato per uso domiciliare.
AVVERTENZE
1. Utilizzare l’apparecchio solo come descritto nel presente manuale e quindi come sistema per aerosolterapia, seguendo le indicazioni del proprio medico. Ogni uso
diverso da quello cui l’apparecchio è destinato è da considerarsi improprio e quindi pericoloso; il costruttore non può essere considerato responsabile per danni causati
da uso
improprio, erroneo e/od irragionevole o se l’apparecchio è utilizzato
in impianti elettrici non conformi alle vigenti norme di sicurezza.
2. Conservare questo manuale per ogni ulteriore consultazione.
3. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in presenza di miscele anestetiche
inammabili con ossigeno o protossido di azoto.
4. Il corretto funzionamento dell’apparecchio potrebbe essere compromesso da interferenze elettromagnetiche eccedenti i limiti espressi nelle norme europee in
vigore. Nel caso l’apparecchio dovesse interferire con altri dispositivi elettrici, spostarlo e connetterlo ad una diversa presa elettrica.
5. In caso di guasto e/o cattivo funzionamento dell’apparecchio, consultare
il capitolo “POSSIBILI PROBLEMI E LORO SOLUZIONE”.
Non manomettere o aprire l’alloggiamento del compressore.
6. Per operazioni di riparazione rivolgersi esclusivamente ad un centro di assistenza tecnica autorizzato dal costruttore e richiedere l’utilizzo di ricambi originali. Il
mancato rispetto di quanto sopra può compromettere
la sicurezza dell’apparecchio.
7. Rispettare le norme di sicurezza indicate per le apparecchiature elettriche ed in particolare:
• utilizzare solo accessori e componenti originali;
• non immergere mai l’apparecchio in acqua;
• non bagnare l’apparecchio, non è protetto contro gli spruzzi;
• non toccare l’apparecchio con mani bagnate o umide;
• non lasciare l’apparecchio esposto agli agenti atmosferici;
• durante l’utilizzo posizionare l’apparecchio su ripiani orizzontali e stabili;
• l’impiego di questo apparecchio da parte di bambini e disabili richiede sempre un’attenta sorveglianza di un adulto con piene facoltà mentali;
• non tirare il cavo di alimentazione, o l’apparecchio stesso, per staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente;
• la spina del cavo di alimentazione è l’elemento di separazione dalla rete elettrica; mantenere accessibile la spina di alimentazione, una volta che l’apparecchio è in uso.
8. Prima di collegare la spina di alimentazione, accertarsi che i dati elettrici, riportati nella targa dati sul fondo dell’apparecchio, siano corrispondenti
a quelli della rete di distribuzione elettrica.
9. Nel caso la spina in dotazione all’apparecchio sia incompatibile con la presa della rete elettrica, rivolgersi a personale qualicato per la sostituzione della spina con
altra di tipo adatto. In generale, è sconsigliabile l’utilizzo di adattatori, semplici o multipli, e/o di prolunghe. Qualora il loro utilizzo fosse indispensabile, è necessario
utilizzare tipi conformi alle norme di sicurezza, facendo comunque attenzione a non superare i limiti massimi di alimentazione sopportati, che sono indicati sugli
adattatori e sulle prolunghe.
10. Non lasciare l’apparecchio inutilmente inserito: staccare la spina dalla rete di alimentazione quando l’apparecchio non è utilizzato.
11. L’installazione deve essere eettuata secondo le istruzioni del costruttore. Un’ errata installazione può causare danni a persone, animali o cose, nei confronti dei quali
il costruttore non può essere considerato responsabile.
12. Il cavo di alimentazione di questo apparecchio non deve essere sostituito dall’utente. In caso di danneggiamento del cavo, per la sua sostituzione rivolgersi ad un
centro di assistenza tecnica autorizzato dal costruttore.
13. Si raccomanda di svolgere il cavo di alimentazione per tutta la sua
lunghezza, per evitare pericolosi surriscaldamenti.
14. Prima di eettuare qualsiasi operazione di pulizia e/o di manutenzione, spegnere l’apparecchio e disinserire la spina.
15. Alcuni componenti dell’apparecchio hanno dimensioni tanto ridotte da poter essere inghiottite dai bambini; conservare quindi l’apparecchio fuori dalla portata dei
bambini.
16. Qualora si decida di non utilizzare più l’apparecchio, si consiglia di
smaltirlo secondo le normative vigenti.
17. Assicurarsi di :
• utilizzare questo apparecchio solo con farmaci prescritti dal proprio medico;
• eettuare il trattamento utilizzando solo l’accessorio indicato dal medico a seconda della patologia;
• ricorrere all’accessorio “forcella nasale” solo se espressamente indicato dal medico e facendo attenzione a non introdurre MAI nel naso le biforcazioni, limitandosi
ad avvicinarle il più possibile.
18. Vericare nel foglio illustrativo del farmaco eventuali controindicazioni all’utilizzo con i comuni sistemi per aerosolterapia.
19. Non posizionare l’apparecchio in modo che non sia dicoltoso scollegare l’apparecchio.
20. Per evitare lo strangolamento e il soocamento, tenere il cavo ed il tubo dell’aria fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
21. Per una maggiore sicurezza igienica si consiglia di non utilizzare gli stessi accessori per più di un paziente.
ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
• L’apparecchio va controllato prima di ogni utilizzo, in modo da poter rilevare anomalie di funzionamento e/o danni dovuti al trasporto e/o immagazzinamento.
• Durante l’inalazione, sedere in posizione eretta e rilassata ad un tavolo e non in poltrona, per evitare di comprimere le vie respiratorie e di compromettere così
l’ecacia del trattamento.
• Gli accessori devono essere utilizzati per un singolo paziente, si sconsiglia l’impiego per più pazienti.
1. Dopo aver tolto l’apparecchio dalla confezione, controllare che non siano presenti danni visibili; prestare particolare attenzione ad incrinature nella plastica che
potrebbero lasciare scoperti alcuni componenti elettrici. Vericare l’integrità degli accessori.
2. Prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio, procedere alle operazioni di disinfezione come descritto nel capitolo PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE.
3. Aprire il nebulizzatore ruotando la parte superiore in senso antiorario (Fig. B).
4. Accertarsi che il cono di conduzione del farmaco, sia correttamente inserito sul cono di conduzione dell’ aria situato all’interno del nebulizzatore (Fig. C).
5. Versare la quantità di farmaco indicata dal proprio medico nel nebulizzatore (Fig. D).
6. Richiudere il nebulizzatore riavvitando in senso orario le due parti facendo attenzione che siano ben serrate (Fig. E).
7. Collegare una estremità del tubo dell’ aria all’apposita uscita sul fondo del nebulizzatore (Fig. F) e l’altra estremità all’uscita dell’ aria (Fig. G) sull’apparecchio.
8. Se si desidera utilizzare la mascherina, innestarla direttamente sul nebulizzatore (Fig. H).
9. Inserire la spina d’alimentazione in una presa di corrente, facendo attenzione che l’alimentazione di rete corrisponda ai dati di targa dell’apparecchio.
10. Per iniziare il trattamento, mettere l’interruttore I/O in posizione “I”.
• ne pas laisser l’appareil exposé aux agents atmosphériques ;
• durant l’utilisation, placer l’appareil sur des plans horizontaux et stables ;
• l’utilisation de cet appareil par des enfants et des personnes handicapées exige la surveillance stricte d’un adulte en pleine possession de ses facultés mentales ;
• ne pas tirer le câble d’alimentation ou l’appareil pour débrancher la che de la prise de courant ;
• la che du câble d’alimentation est l’élément de séparation du réseau électrique ; elle doit rester accessible une fois que l’appareil est en fonction.
8. Avant de brancher la che d’alimentation, s’assurer que les données électriques indiquées sur la plaque signalétique située sur le fond l’appareil correspondent bien à
celles du réseau de distribution électrique.
9. Si la che fournie avec l’appareil n’est pas compatible avec la prise du réseau électrique, s’adresser à un personnel qualié pour la remplacer par une che d’un type
approprié. De manière générale, il est déconseillé d’utiliser des adaptateurs, simples ou multiples, et/ou des rallonges. Si leur utilisation est indispensable, utiliser les
types conformes aux normes de sécurité, en prenant garde de ne pas dépasser les limites maximum d’alimentation autorisées, qui sont indiquées sur les adaptateurs et
sur les rallonges.
10. Ne pas laisser inutilement l’appareil branché : débrancher la che d’alimentation de l’appareil lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé.
11. L’installation doit être eectuée conformément aux instructions du fabricant. Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité quant aux dommages causés aux personnes,
aux animaux ou aux choses dérivant d’une installation incorrecte
12. Le câble d’alimentation de cet appareil ne doit pas être remplacé par l’utilisateur. Pour le remplacement du câble lorsqu’il est endommagé, contacter le centre
d’assistance technique agréée par le fabricant.
13. Il est recommandé de dérouler entièrement le câble d’alimentation pour éviter les surchaues dangereuses.
14. Éteindre et débrancher l’appareil de la prise de courant avant toute opération de nettoyage ou d’entretien.
15. Certains composants de l’appareil ont des dimensions très réduites et risquent par conséquent d’être avalés par les enfants ; il convient donc de conserver l’appareil
hors de la portée des enfants.
16. En cas de décision de ne plus utiliser l’appareil, il est recommandé de l’éliminer conformément aux normes en vigueur.
17. S’assurer de :
• utiliser l’appareil uniquement avec des médicaments prescrits par votre médecin ;
• eectuer le traitement en utilisant l’accessoire indiqué par votre médecin en fonction de la pathologie ;
• utiliser l’accessoire « fourche nasale » uniquement en cas d’indication expresse de votre médecin, en prenant garde de ne JAMAIS introduire les fourches dans le nez
et en se contentant de les placer le plus près possible.
18. Vérier les contre-indications à l’utilisation avec des dispositifs de thérapie aérosol éventuellement indiquées dans la notice du médicament.
19. Pour éviter l’étranglement et l’enchevêtrement, conserver les câbles et les tubes d’air hors de la portée des jeunes enfants.
20. Ne pas placer l’appareil dans une position qui empêche le bon fonctionnement du dispositif de déconnexion.
21. Pour une plus ample sécurité d’hygiène, nous conseillons de ne pas utiliser les mêmes accessoires pour plusieurs patients.
INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION
• L’appareil doit être contrôlé avant chaque utilisation, de manière à détecter les anomalies de fonctionnement et/ou les dommages dus au transport et/ou au
stockage.
• Lors de l’inhalation, s’assoir en se tenant droit et en se détendant, à une table et non dans un fauteuil, an de ne pas comprimer les voies respiratoires et de ne pas
compromettre l’ecacité du traitement.
• Les accessoires doivent être utilisés pour un patient unique ; il est déconseillé de les utiliser pour plusieurs patients.
1. Après avoir enlevé l’appareil de l’emballage, contrôler l’absence de dommages visibles ; faire très attention aux ssures sur le plastique pouvant exposer certains
composants électriques. Vérier que tous les accessoires soient en bon état.
2. Avant d’utiliser l’appareil, eectuer les opérations de désinfection conformément aux indications du chapitre NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN.
3. Ouvrir le nébuliseur en tournant la partie supérieure en sens antihoraire (Fig. B).
4. S’assurer que le cône de conduction du médicament soit correctement inséré sur le cône de conduction de l’air situé à l’intérieur du nébuliseur (Fig. C).
5. Verser la dose de médicament prescrite par votre médecin dans le nébuliseur (Fig. D).
6. Refermer le nébuliseur en vissant ses deux parties en sens horaire et en s’assurant qu’elles soient bien serrées (Fig. E).
7. Connectez une extrémité du tube à air à la sortie prévue à cet eet sur le fond du nébuliseur (Fig. F) et l’autre extrémité à la sortie de l’air (Fig. G) de l’appareil.
8. En cas d’utilisation du masque, l’enclencher directement sur le nébuliseur (Fig. H).
9. Introduire la che d’alimentation dans une prise de courant, après s’être assuré que l’alimentation du réseau correspond aux données de la plaque signalétique de
l’appareil.
10. Pour commencer le traitement, placer l’interrupteur sur la position « ».I/O I
ATTENTION : L’appareil est destiné à une utilisation intermittente, 30 min ALLUMÉ/430 min ÉTEINT.
11. Inhaler la solution d’aérosol en utilisant l’accessoire prescrit.
12. Une fois le traitement terminé, éteindre l’appareil en plaçant l’interrupteur sur la position « » et en débranchant la che du réseau d’alimentation électrique. I/O O
13. Nettoyer le nébuliseur et ses accessoires conformément aux indications du chapitre « NETTOYAGE ET DÉSINFECTION DES ACCESSOIRES ».
14. Le dispositif ne nécessite aucun calibrage.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Utiliser un chion doux et sec avec des détergents non abrasifs pour nettoyer l’appareil.
ATTENTION : pendant l’exécution des opérations de nettoyage, s’assurer que les liquides ne pénètrent pas dans l’appareil et que la che d’alimentation
électrique soit débranchée.
NETTOYAGE ET DÉSINFECTION DES ACCESSOIRES
Respecter scrupuleusement les indications concernant le nettoyage et la désinfection car elles sont essentielles pour garantir les performances du produit
et la réussite du traitement.
1. Après chaque utilisation :
Désassembler le nébuliseur en tournant la partie supérieure en sens antihoraire et enlever le cône de conduction du médicament. Laver les composants du nébuliseur
préalablement désassemblé, l’embout buccal et la fourche nasale, en utilisant l’eau courante. Enn, les plonger dans l’eau bouillante pendant 5 minutes. Assembler à
nouveau les composants du nébuliseur et le brancher à la sortie de l’air (Fig. G) en faisant fonctionner l’appareil pendant 10-15 minutes.
Laver les masques avec de l’eau chaude non bouillante.
Ne pas faire bouillir ni mettre en autoclave les masques et le tube de l’air.
Utiliser des solutions stérilisantes à froid en respectant les instructions du fabricant.
REMPLACEMENT DU NÉBULISEUR
Le nébuliseur doit être remplacé en cas de période prolongée de non utilisation, en cas de déformations ou de ruptures, ou si sa buse est obstruée par des médicaments
secs, des poussières, etc.
MEDEL recommande de remplacer le nébuliseur après une période comprise entre 6 mois et 1 an en fonction de l’utilisation de l’appareil.
Utiliser exclusivement des nébuliseurs originaux.
REMPLACEMENT DU FILTRE À AIR
Dans des conditions d’utilisation normales, le ltre à air doit être remplacé environ toute les 200 heures de fonctionnement ou bien tous les ans.
La société Medel International S.r.l. conseille de contrôler régulièrement le ltre à air (10 - 12 nébulisations) et de le remplacer s’il prend une couleur grise ou marron ou
s’il devient humide au toucher. Extraire le ltre (Fig. A-5) et le replacer avec un nouveau ltre. Ne pas tenter de nettoyer le ltre pour le réutiliser. Le ltre à air ne doit pas
être réparé ou entretenu durant l’utilisation avec un patient.
Utiliser exclusivement des ltres originaux / Ne pas utiliser l’appareil sans ltre.
PROBLÈMES POSSIBLES ET SOLUTIONS
Pour obtenir de l’aide concernant l’utilisation et l’entretien de l’appareil, contacter le Centre d’Assistance autorisé
Problème:
1. L’appareil ne s’allume pas
2. L’appareil ne nébulise pas ou nébulise avec un débit très faible
Solution possible:
1. S’assurer que la che soit bien insérée dans la prise de courant.
2. S’assurer que l’appareil n’ait pas fonctionné au-delà des limites de fonctionnement indiquées dans ce manuel (30 min ALLUMÉ/30 min ÉTEINT).
3. S’assurer que les raccords du tube de l’air soient bien insérés dans les embouts de xation du compresseur et du nébuliseur.
4. Vérier que le nébuliseur ne soit pas vide ou qu’il ait été rempli avec la juste quantité de médicament (MAX 8 ml). Vérier que la buse du nébuliseur ne soit pas ob-
struée.
Si l’appareil ne fonctionne toujours pas correctement, contacter le CUSTOMER SERVICE MEDEL.
ENTRETIEN ET REPARATION

HINWEISE:
1. Gerät nur wie in dieser Anleitung beschrieben verwenden, d. h. als System zur Aerosoltherapie, und die Anweisungen des behandelnden Arztes beachten. Jeder
Gebrauch, der nicht dem Verwendungszweck dieses Geräts entspricht, ist unsachgemäß und somit gefährlich. Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden aufgrund eines
unsachgemäßen, falschen und/oder unüberlegten Gebrauchs oder wenn das Gerät an elektrischen Anlagen verwendet wird, die nicht mit den geltenden Sicher-
heitsnormen übereinstimmen.
2. Dieses Handbuch für ein späteres Nachschlagen aufbewahren.
3. Gerät nicht in Gegenwart entammbarer anästhetischer Gemische mit Sauersto oder Distickstomonoxid (Lachgas) benutzen.
4. Die korrekte Funktionsweise des Gerätes könnte durch elektromagnetische Störungen, welche die in den geltenden europäischen Richtlinien zugelassenen Grenzw-
erte überschreiten, beeinträchtigt werden. Sollte das Gerät mit anderen elektrischen Geräten interferieren, sollte es an einen anderen Ort gestellt und an eine andere

5. Bei Störungen des Geräts bitte im Kapitel „MÖGLICHE PROBLEME UND IHRE LÖSUNG“ nachschauen. Halterung des Kompressors nicht manipulieren oder önen.
6. Für Reparaturen bitte ausschließlich an eine zugelassene Kundendienststelle des Herstellers wenden und die Verwendung von Originalersatzteilen verlangen. Bei

7. Die für Elektrogeräte geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften müssen eingehalten werden, und zwar:
- nur Originalzubehör und Originalersatzteile verwenden;

erforderlich;
- nicht am Versorgungskabel oder am Gerät selbst ziehen, um den Stecker aus der Steckdose zu entfernen;
- der Stecker des Versorgungskabels dient zum Trennen des Geräts vom Stromnetz, daher muss er während des Gebrauchs stets zugänglich bleiben.
8. Vor dem Anschluss des Netzsteckers ist zu prüfen, ob die elektrischen Daten auf dem Schild am Geräteboden mit denen des Stromnetzes übereinstimmen.
9. Für den Fall, dass der zum Geräteumfang gehörende Stecker nicht in die Steckdose passt, wenden Sie sich bitte zum Austausch des Steckers an Fachpersonal. Im
Allgemeinen ist vom Gebrauch von Adaptern bzw. Verlängerungskabeln abzuraten. Sollte ihre Verwendung unumgänglich sein, so müssen diese mit den Sicherheits-
vorschriften übereinstimmen. Dabei sind jedoch stets die zulässigen Grenzwerte einzuhalten, die auf den Adaptern und Verlängerungskabeln angegeben sind.
10. Das Gerät nicht grundlos am Netz angeschlossen lassen: Ziehen Sie den Stecker vom Versorgungsnetz ab, wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird.
11. Die Installation muss entsprechend den Herstellerangaben erfolgen. Eine fehlerhafte Installation kann Schäden an Personen, Tieren und Gegenständen verursachen,
für welche der Hersteller nicht haftbar gemacht werden kann.
12. Das Versorgungskabel darf nicht vom Benutzer ausgewechselt werden. Bei einer Beschädigung des Kabels und für das Auswechseln wenden Sie sich bitte an eine
zugelassene Kundendienststelle des Herstellers.
13. Wir empfehlen, das Versorgungskabel vollständig abzurollen, um ein gefährliches Überhitzen zu vermeiden.
14. Vor jedem Reinigungs- und/oder Wartungseingri muss das Gerät ausgeschaltet und der Stecker abgezogen werden.
15. Einige Geräteteile sind äußerst klein und können von Kindern verschluckt werden;darum das Gerät immer außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
16. Wenn das Gerät nicht weiter benutzt werden soll, muss es entsprechend der geltenden Richtlinien entsorgt werden.
17. Bitte beachten:
- dieses Gerät nur mit den vom behandelnden Arzt verschriebenen Medikamenten benutzen;
- für die Behandlung nur die vom Arzt entsprechend der Krankheitslage angegebenen Teile verwenden;
- Zubehörteil „Nasengabel“ nur einsetzen, wenn dies ausdrücklich vom Arzt angegeben ist, und die Gabelung NIEMALS in die Nase einführen, sondern nur so nah wie
möglich vor die Nase halten.
18. Auf dem Beipackzettel des Medikaments kontrollieren, ob Gegenanzeigen für den Gebrauch mit den üblichen Systemen für Aerosoltherapie bestehen.
19. Zur Vermeidung der Gefahr des Verfangens und der Strangulation, die Kabel und Luftleitungen außerhalb der Reichweite von kleinen Kindern aufbewahren.
20. Bei der Positionierung des Geräts darauf achten, dass die Trennvorrichtung gut erreichbar ist.
21. Für einen größeren Hygieneschutz sollten die Zubehörteile für nicht mehr als einen Patienten verwendet werden.
BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG
Das Gerät muss vor jedem Gebrauch kontrolliert werden, um eventuelle Funktionsstörungen bzw. Beschädigungen durch den Transport oder die Lagerung feststellen
zu können.
Während des Inhalierens aufrecht und entspannt an einem Tisch und nicht in einem Sessel sitzen, um die Atemwege nicht zusammenzudrücken und so die Wirksamkeit
der Behandlung zu beeinträchtigen.
Die Zubehörteile dürfen nur für einen einzigen Patienten benutzt werden; vom Gebrauch für mehrere Patienten wird abgeraten.
1. Nach dem Entfernen der Verpackung ist zu kontrollieren, dass sich am Gerät keine sichtbaren Schäden benden; achten Sie besonders auf Risse im Kunststo, durch
welche einige elektrische Teile ungeschützt sein könnten. Die Unversehrtheit der Bauteile überprüfen.
2. Vor dem Gebrauch des Geräts dieses wie im Kapitel „REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG“ beschrieben desinzieren.
3. Zum Önen des Zerstäubers den oberen Teil gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen (Abb. B).
4. Sicherstellen, dass der Kegel für die Medikamentenführung gut auf dem Kegel für die Luftführung im Innern des Zerstäubers aufsitzt (Abb. C).
5. Geben Sie die vom behandelnden Arzt vorgeschriebene Medikamentenmenge in den Zerstäuber (Abb. D).
6. Verschließen Sie den Zerstäuber wieder, indem Sie beide Teile im Uhrzeigersinn zudrehen. Achten Sie bitte darauf, dass der Zerstäuber dicht verschlossen ist (Abb. E).
7. Ein Ende des Luftschlauchs an den Ausgang am Boden des Zerstäubers anschließen (Abb. F), das andere Ende an den Luftaustritt (Abb. G) am Gerät.
8. Soll die Maske verwendet werden, diese direkt auf den Zerstäuber stecken (Abb. H).
9. Netzstecker in eine Steckdose stecken; dabei darauf achten, dass die Netzversorgung mit den Daten auf dem Typenschild des Geräts übereinstimmt.
10. Um mit der Behandlung zu beginnen, den Schalter I/O auf „I“ stellen.
ACHTUNG: Das Gerät ist nicht für Dauerbetrieb geeignet, nach 30 min Betrieb muss es 30 min ausgeschaltet werden.
11. Aerosol-Lösung mit dem vorgeschriebenen Zubehörteil einatmen.
12. Nach der Behandlung Gerät abschalten, dazu Schalter I/O auf „O“ stellen und Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
13. Zerstäuber und Zubehör wie im Kapitel „REINIGUNG UND DESINFEKTION DES ZUBEHÖRS“ beschrieben reinigen.
14. Das Gerät erfordert keine Kalibrierung.
REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
Zur Reinigung des Gerätes ein weiches, trockenes Tuch und ein nicht scheuerndes Reinigungsmittel verwenden.
ACHTUNG: Bei der Reinigung sicherstellen, dass keine Flüssigkeiten in das Gerät eindringen und der Stecker abgezogen ist.
REINIGUNG UND DESINFEKTION DES ZUBEHÖRS
Die Anweisungen zu Reinigung und Desinfektion des Zubehörs sind streng einzuhalten, da sie für die Leistungen des Produkts und den therapeutischen Erfolg
grundlegend sind.
1. Am Ende jeder Anwendung:
Zerstäuber durch Drehen des Oberteils gegen den Uhrzeigersinn auseinander nehmen und Kegel für die Medikamentenführung entfernen. Bauteile des so zerlegten
Zerstäubers, das Mundstück und die Nasengabel unter ießendem Wasser waschen. Danach 5 Minuten lang in kochendes Wasser legen. Zerstäuber wieder zusam-
menbauen, an den Luftaustritt anschließen (Abb. G) und Gerät 10-15 Minuten in Betrieb setzen.
Die Masken sind mit warmem, nicht kochendem Wasser zu waschen.
Masken und Luftschlauch nicht abkochen oder autoklavieren.
2. Sterilisierung: Kaltsterilisierungslösungen gemäß Herstelleranweisung benutzen.
AUSTAUSCH DES ZERSTÄUBERS
Der Zerstäuber muss nach längerer Nichtbenutzung, falls er Verformungen oder Risse aufweist oder falls die Düse des Zerstäubers durch eingetrocknetes Medikament,
Staub usw. verstopft ist, ausgetauscht werden. MEDEL empehlt den Austausch des Zerstäubers je nach Gebrauch nach 6 bis 12 Monaten.
Nur Originalzerstäuber verwenden.
AUSTAUSCH DES LUFTFILTERS
Bei normalen Benutzungsbedingungen ist der Luftlter nach etwa 200 Betriebsstunden bzw. einem Jahr auszutauschen. empehlt, den Luftlter Medel International Srl.

Problem:

Mögliche Lösung:
1. Sicherstellen, dass der Stecker richtig in die Steckdose eingesteckt ist
2. Sicherstellen, dass das Gerät nicht über die in dieser Anleitung genannten Betriebsgrenzen hinaus eingeschaltet war (30 min EIN – 30 min AUS).
3. Sicherstellen, dass der Luftschlauch gut mit den Anschlüssen des Kompressors und des Zerstäubers verbunden ist.
4. Sicherstellen, dass der Zerstäuber nicht leer ist und mit der richtigen Menge des Medikamentes gefüllt ist (MAX. 8 ml). Sicherstellen, dass die Düse des Zerstäubers nicht
verstopft ist.
Sollte das Gerät nicht wieder einwandfrei funktionieren, wenden Sie sich bitte an den CUSTOMER SERVICE von MEDEL.

ADVERTENCIAS

3. No utilice el aparato en presencia de mezclas anestésicas inamables con oxígeno o protóxido de nitrógeno.
4. Interferencias electromagnéticas que superan los límites indicados por las normas europeas vigentes pueden perjudicar el funcionamiento correcto del aparato. Si el
aparato interere con otros dispositivos eléctricos, desplácelo y conéctelo a otra toma eléctrica.
5. En caso de avería y/o mal funcionamiento del aparato, consulte el apartado “POSIBLES PROBLEMAS Y SOLUCIONES”. No manipule o abra la parte del compresor.
6. Para las reparaciones diríjase a un centro de asistencia técnica autorizado por el fabricante y solicite que se usen recambios originales. El incumplimiento de estas
indicaciones puede comprometer la seguridad del aparato.
7. Respete las normas de seguridad previstas para los equipos eléctricos y en particular:
- use solo accesorios y componentes originales;
- no sumerja nunca el aparato en el agua;
- no moje el aparato, no está protegido contra las salpicaduras;
- no toque el aparato con las manos mojadas o húmedas;
- no deje el aparato expuesto a los agentes atmosféricos;
- durante el uso, coloque el aparato en estantes horizontales y estables;
- el empleo de este aparato por parte de niños o discapacitados requiere siempre que se realice bajo vigilancia de un adulto con plenas facultades;
- no tire del cable de alimentación o del aparato, para desconectar el enchufe de la toma de corriente;
- la toma del cable de alimentación es un elemento de separación de la red eléctrica, mantenga accesible el enchufe, cuando se está usando el aparato.
8. Antes de conectar el enchufe de alimentación, asegúrese de que los datos eléctricos, que se muestran en la placa de datos en el fondo del aparato, correspondan con
los de la red de distribución eléctrica.
9. Si el enchufe suministrado con el aparato es incompatible con la toma de la red eléctrica diríjase a personal cualicado para la sustitución del enchufe con otro de tipo
adecuado. En general, se desaconseja el uso de adaptadores, simples o múltiples, y/o de prolongaciones. En caso de que su uso sea indispensable, deben utilizarse tipos
conformes a las normas de seguridad, prestando especial atención a no superar los límites máximos de alimentación que se indican en los adaptadores y en las prolon-
gaciones.
10. No deje el aparato conectado si no es necesario: desconecte el enchufe de la red de alimentación cuando no utilice el aparato.
11. Realice la instalación según las instrucciones del fabricante. La instalación incorrecta podría causar daños a personas, animales o cosas, por los cuales el fabricante no
puede considerarse responsable.
12. El usuario no debe sustituir el cable de alimentación del aparato. En caso de daño del cable, para su sustitución, diríjase a un centro de asistencia técnica autorizado
por el fabricante.
13. Se recomienda desenrollar totalmente el cable de alimentación para evitar sobrecalentamientos peligrosos.
14. Antes de realizar cualquier operación de limpieza y/o mantenimiento, apague el aparato y desconecte el enchufe.
15. Algunos componentes del aparato tienen dimensiones reducidas que podrían ser tragadas; conservar fuera del alcance de los niños.
16. Cuando decida no utilizar más el aparato, elimínelo según las normativas vigentes.
17. Asegúrese de:
- utilizar este aparato solo con fármacos prescritos por su médico;
- efectuar el tratamiento usando solo el accesorio indicado por el médico según su patología;
- emplee solo el accesorio “pieza nasal” solo si su médico se lo indica expresamente y preste atención a no introducir en la nariz los tubos bifurcados, limítese a NUNCA
acercarlos lo más posible.
18. Compruebe en la prospecto del medicamento las posibles contraindicaciones para el uso con los normales sistemas de aerosolterapia.
19. Para evitar riesgos de estrangulación y enredos, mantenga el cable y los tubos de aire fuera del alcance de los niños.
20. No coloque el equipo de forma que sea difícil trabajar con el aparato de desconexión.
21. Se recomienda para una mayor seguridad higiénica no usar los mismos accesorios en más de un paciente.
INSTRUCCIONES PARA EL USO
• Controle el aparato cada vez que lo utiliza, para poder detectar anomalías de funcionamiento y/o daños causados por el transporte y/o almacenamiento.
• Durante la inhalación, siéntese en posición recta y relajada cerca de una mesa y no en un sillón, para evitar que las vías respiratorias se compriman y puedan
comprometer la ecacia del tratamiento.
• Los accesorios deben ser usados por un solo paciente, se desaconseja el empleo para varios pacientes.
1. Después de quitar el embalaje del aparato, controle que no hayan daños visibles y preste especial atención a grietas del plástico que podrían dejar algunos compo-
nentes eléctricos descubiertos. Compruebe la integridad de los accesorios.
2. Antes de usar el aparato, realice la desinfección como se indica en el apartado LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO.
3. Abra el nebulizador girando la parte superior en sentido antihorario (Fig. B).
4. Asegúrese de que el cono de distribución del medicamento esté correctamente introducido en el cono de distribución del aire colocado dentro del nebulizador (Fig.
C).
5. Vierta en el nebulizador la cantidad de medicamento que le p1-ha indicado su médico (Fig. D).
6. Vuelva a cerrar el nebulizador enroscando en sentido horario las dos partes procurando que estén bien apretadas (Fig. E).
7. Conecte un extremo del tubo del aire a la salida correspondiente en el fondo del nebulizador (Fig. F) y el otro extremo a la salida del aire (Fig. G) en el aparato.
8. Si desea usar la mascarilla, introdúzcala directamente en el nebulizador (Fig. H).
9. Introduzca el enchufe de alimentación en la toma de corriente, procurando que la alimentación se corresponda con la indicada en la placa del aparato.
10. Para iniciar el tratamiento, coloque el interruptor I/O en la posición “I”.
ATENCIÓN: El aparato es para uso intermitente, 30 min ENCENDIDO/30 min APAGADO.
11. Inspire el producto introducido en el aerosol usando el accesorio prescrito.
12. Cuando haya terminado el tratamiento, apague el aparato colocando el interruptor I/O en posición “O” y quite el enchufe de la red de alimentación eléctrica.
13. Limpie el nebulizador y sus accesorios como se indica en el apartado “LIMPIEZA Y DESINFECCIÓN DE LOS ACCESORIOS”.
14. El dispositivo no requiere ningún tipo de calibración.
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
La limpieza del aparato se debe realizar con un paño suave y seco y con sustancias detergentes no abrasivas.
ATENCIÓN: Durante la realización de las operaciones de limpieza, asegúrese de que no penetren en el aparato sustancias líquidas y de que la toma de
corriente esté desconectada.
LIMPIEZA Y DESINFECCIÓN DE LOS ACCESORIOS
Debe atenerse escrupulosamente a las indicaciones sobre limpieza y desinfección de los accesorios p1-ya que son fundamentales para unas buenas prestaciones
del producto y para su resultado terapéutico.
1. Al nal de cada aplicación:
Desmonte el nebulizador girando la parte superior en sentido antihorario y quite el cono de distribución del medicamento.
Lave los componentes del nebulizador desmontado, la boquilla y la pieza nasal usando agua potable. Por último sumérjalos en agua hirviendo durante 5 minutos.
Vuelva a montar los componentes del nebulizador y conéctelo a la salida del aire (Fig. G) poniendo en funcionamiento el aparato durante unos 10-15 minutos.
Las mascarillas deben lavarse usando agua caliente no hirviendo.
No hierva o esterilice las mascarillas ni el tubo de aire.
2. Esterilización:
Utilice sustancias esterilizadoras en frío siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante.
CAMBIO DEL NEBULIZADOR
El nebulizador debe cambiarse después de largos períodos sin ser utilizado, en caso de deformaciones o rupturas, o bien en caso de que la tobera del nebulizador esté
obstruida por medicinal seca, polvo, etc.
MEDEL recomienda cambiar el nebulizador tras un periodo de entre 6 meses y 1 año según el empleo.
ATENCIÓN: Utilice solo nebulizadores originales.
CAMBIO DEL FILTRO DEL AIRE
En condiciones normales el ltro del aire debe cambiarse tras unas 200 horas de funcionamiento o bien al cabo de un año.
Medel International S.r.l. recomienda controlar de forma periódica el ltro del aire (10 - 12 nebulizadores) y si presenta un color gris o marrón o bien está húmedo al
tocarlo, cámbielo. Extraiga el ltro (Fig. A-5) y cámbielo con uno nuevo. No intente lavar el ltro para volverlo a usar. El ltro de aire no debe someterse a revisiones o
mantenimientos mientras esté siendo utilizado con un paciente. Use solo ltros originales / No use el aparato sin ltro.
POSIBLES PROBLEMAS Y SOLUCIONES
Contacte con el Centro de Asistencia autorizado en caso de que necesite asistencia para usar el aparato o para su mantenimiento.
Problema:
1. No se enciende
2. No nebuliza o nebuliza poco
Posible solución:
1. Asegúrese de que el enchufe está bien introducido en la toma de corriente.
2. Asegúrese de que el aparato no haya funcionado fuera del tiempo límite de funcionamiento indicado en el manual (30 min ENCENDIDO/30 min APAGADO).
3. Asegúrese de que las conexiones del tubo del aire estén bien introducidas en las conexiones del compresor y del nebulizador.
4. Compruebe que el nebulizador no esté vacío o que se haya llenado con la cantidad de medicamento correcta (MÁX. 8 ml). Compruebe que la tobera del nebulizador
no esté obstruida.
Si el aparato no vuelva a funcionar correctamente, diríjase al SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE MEDEL.

7. Respeite as normas de segurança indicadas pera os aparelhos elétricos e, de modo especíco:

• a cha do cabo de alimentação é o elemento de separação da rede elétrica; mantenha acessível a cha de alimentação após colocar o aparelho em funcionamento.
8. Antes de conectar a cha de alimentação, assegure-se de que os dados elétricos, apresentados na placa de dados no fundo do aparelho, sejam correspondentes aos
da rede de distribuição elétrica.
9. Caso a cha fornecida com o aparelho seja incompatível com a tomada da rede elétrica, procure o pessoal qualicado para efetuar a substituição da cha por uma
mais adequada. Em geral, é desaconselhável a utilização de adaptadores, simples ou múltiplos, e/ou extensões. Caso o uso desses dispositivos seja indispensável, será

INSTRUÇÕES PARA O USO
• O aparelho deve ser controlado antes de cada utilização a m de detetar anomalias de funcionamento e/ou danos decorrentes do transporte ou do armazena-
mento.
• Durante a inalação, sente numa posição ereta e relaxada à mesa, não numa poltrona, para evitar a compressão das vias respiratórias que pode comprometer a
ecácia do tratamento.
• Os acessórios devem ser utilizados para um único paciente; não é aconselhável o uso para mais de um paciente.
1. Após ter removido o aparelho da embalagem, controle se existem danos evidentes; preste atenção especial a trincas no plástico que podem deixar alguns componen-
tes elétricos expostos. Verique a integridade dos acessórios.
2. Antes de utilizar o aparelho, efetue as operações de desinfeção seguindo as descrições do capítulo LIMPEZA E MANUTENÇÃO.
3. Abra o nebulizador rodando a parte superior no sentido anti-horário (Fig. B).
4. Assegure-se de que o cone de condução do medicamento esteja inserido corretamente no cone de condução do ar situado na parte interna do nebulizador (Fig. C).
5. Verta a quantidade de medicamento indicada pelo seu médico no nebulizador (Fig. D).
6. Feche o nebulizador enroscando no sentido horário as duas partes, prestando atenção para que quem bem apertadas (Fig. E).
7. Conecte uma extremidade do tubo do ar à saída no fundo do nebulizador (Fig. F) e a outra extremidade à saída do ar (Fig. G) no aparelho.
8. Para utilizar a máscara, insira-a diretamente no nebulizador (Fig. H ).
9. Insira a cha de alimentação numa tomada de corrente após assegurar-se de que a alimentação de rede corresponda aos dados da placa do aparelho.
10. Para iniciar o tratamento, coloque o interruptor na posição “I/O I”.
ATENÇÃO: O aparelho é para uso intermitente, 30 min LIGADO/30 min DESLIGADO.
11. Inspire a solução do aerossol utilizando o acessório prescrito.
12. Após terminar o tratamento, desligue o aparelho colocando o interruptor na posição “ ” e desconecte a cha da rede de alimentação elétrica.I/O O
13. Limpe o nebulizador e os seus acessórios como descrito no capítulo “LIMPEZA E DESINFEÇÃO DOS ACESSÓRIOS”.
14. O dispositivo não necessita de calibração.
LIMPEZA E MANUTENÇÃO
A limpeza do aparelho deve ser efetuada com um pano macio e seco e com substâncias detergentes não abrasivas.
ATENÇÃO: durante a execução das operações de limpeza, assegure-se de que não possam penetrar substâncias líquidas no aparelho e que a cha de
corrente esteja desinserida.
LIMPEZA E DESINFEÇÃO DOS ACESSÓRIOS
Siga rigorosamente as indicações relativas à limpeza e à desinfeção dos acessórios, pois eles são fundamentais para o desempenho do produto e para o suces-
so terapêutico.
1. No m de cada aplicação: Desmonte o nebulizador rodando a parte superior no sentido anti-horário e remova o cone de condução do medicamento.
Lave os componentes do nebulizador desmontado, o inalador bucal e o aplicador nasal utilizando água corrente. Em seguida mergulhe-os em água fervente por 5
minutos. Monte novamente os componentes do nebulizador e conecte-o à saída do ar (Fig. G) deixando funcionar o aparelho per 10-15 minutos.
As máscaras devem ser lavadas com água quente não fervente.
Não ferva e não efetue autoclavagem nas máscaras e no tubo de ar.
2. Esterilização:
Utilize soluções esterilizantes a frio seguindo as instruções do fabricante.
SUBSTITUIÇÃO DO NEBULIZADOR
O nebulizador deve ser substituído após um longo período de inatividade, caso apresente deformações ou rompimentos ou caso o bico nebulizador esteja obstruído
por medicamentos ressecados, pó, etc.
A MEDEL aconselha substituir o nebulizador após um período de tempo compreendido entre 6 meses e 1 ano, de acordo com a utilização.
Utilize somente nebulizadores originais.
SUBSTITUIÇÃO DO FILTRO DO AR
Em condições normais de utilização, o ltro do ar deve ser substituído após 200 horas de funcionamento ou após um ano. A Medel International S.r.l. aconselha contro-
lar periodicamente o ltro do ar (10 - 12 nebulizações) e, caso ele apresente uma coloração acinzentada ou marrom ou esteja húmido ao tato, efetue a sua substituição.
Extraia o ltro (Fig. A-5) e substitua por um novo. Não tente limpar o ltro para reutilizá-lo. O ltro de ar não deverá ser alvo de operações de reparação ou manutenção
enquanto estiver a ser usado por um paciente. Use somente ltros originais / Não utilize o aparelho sem ltro.
POSSÍVEIS PROBLEMAS E RESPETIVAS SOLUÇÕES
Entre em contacto com o Centro de Assistência autorizado sempre que precisar de ajuda para a utilização e a manutenção do aparelho.

3. Assegure-se de que as uniões do tubo do ar estejam bem inseridas nos conectores do compressor e do nebulizador.
4.: Assegure-se de que o nebulizador não esteja vazio e que tenha a quantidade correta de medicamento (MÁX. 8 ml). Assegure-se de que o bico do nebulizador não
esteja obstruído.
Caso o aparelho não volte a funcionar corretamente, procure o CUSTOMER SERVICE MEDEL.
MANUTENÇÃO E REPARAÇÃO
No caso de defeito, procure pessoal qualicado autorizado pela Nunca abra o aparelho. O aparelho não tem nenhuma parte no seu interior que Medel International Srl.
possa ser reparada por pessoal não qualicado e não requer manutenção interna e/ou lubricação.

ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΕΙΣ
1. Χρησιμοποιείστε τη συσκευή μόνο όπως περιγράφεται στο παρόν εγχειρίδιο και κατά συνέπεια ως σύστημα για τη θεραπεία δι’εισπνοών, ακολουθώντας
τις οδηγίες του γιατρού σας. Οποιαδήποτε χρήση διαφορετική από εκείνη στην οποία προορίζεται η συσκευή θα πρέπει να θεωρείται ακατάλληλη και κατά συνέπεια
επικίνδυνη. Ο κατασκευαστής δεν μπορεί να θεωρηθεί υπεύθυνος για ζημιές που έχουν προκληθεί από την ακατάλληλη, ανακριβή ή/και αδικαιολόγητη χρήση, ή αν η
συσκευή χρησιμοποιείται σε ηλεκτρικές εγκαταστάσεις που δεν συμμορφώνονται με τους ισχύοντες νόμους ασφαλείας.
2. Κρατήστε αυτό το εγχειρίδιο για οποιαδήποτε μελλοντική αναφορά.
3. Μη χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή υπό την παρουσία εύφλεκτου αναισθητικού μείγματος με οξυγόνο ή υποξείδιο του αζώτου.
4. Η σωστή λειτουργία της συσκευής μπορεί να επηρεαστεί από ηλεκτρομαγνητικές παρεμβολές που ξεπερνούν τα όρια που ενδείκνυνται από την ισχύουσα ευρωπαϊκή
νομοθεσία. Σε περίπτωση που η συσκευή προκαλεί παρεμβολές με άλλες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, μετακινείστε τη και συνδέστε τη σε μια άλλη πρίζα.
5. Σε περίπτωση βλάβης ή/και κακής λειτουργίας της συσκευής, συμβουλευτείτε το κεφάλαιο «ΠΙΘΑΝΑ ΠΡΟΒΛΗΜΑΤΑ ΚΑΙ Η ΕΠΙΛΥΣΗ ΤΟΥΣ». Μην παραβιάζετε ή
ανοίγετε την υποδοχή του συμπιεστή.
6. Για τις εργασίες επισκευής απευθυνθείτε αποκλειστικά σε ένα εξουσιοδοτημένο από τον κατασκευαστή κέντρο τεχνικής υποστήριξης και ζητήστε τα γνήσια
ανταλλακτικά. Η έλλειψη τήρησης των παραπάνω μπορεί να θέσει σε κίνδυνο την ασφάλεια της συσκευής.
7. Τηρήστε τους κανόνες ασφαλείας που αφορούν τον ηλεκτρικό εξοπλισμό και συγκεκριμένα:
- χρησιμοποιείτε μόνο γνήσια αξεσουάρ και συστατικά μέρη,
- μη βυθίζετε ποτέ τη συσκευή στο νερό,
- μη βρέχετε τη συσκευή, δεν έχει προστασία ενάντια στις πιτσιλιές,
- μην αγγίζετε τη συσκευή με υγρά ή βρεγμένα χέρια,
- μην αφήνετε τη συσκευή εκτεθειμένη στους ατμοσφαιρικούς παράγοντες,
- κατά τη διάρκεια της χρήσης τοποθετήστε τη συσκευή πάνω σε σταθερή και επίπεδη επιφάνεια,
- η χρήση αυτής της συσκευής από παιδιά και άτομα με αναπηρία απαιτεί πάντα την προσεκτική επίβλεψη ενός ενήλικα με πλήρη διανοητικές ικανότητες,
- μην τραβάτε το ηλεκτρικό καλώδιο ή και την ίδια συσκευή για να αφαιρέσετε το φις από την πρίζα,
- Το φις του καλωδίου τροφοδοσίας είναι το στοιχείο διαχωρισμού από το ηλεκτρικό ρεύμα. Κρατήστε προσβάσιμη την πρίζα της τροφοδοσίας, όταν η συσκευή
βρίσκεται σε χρήση.
8. Πριν να συνδέσετε το ηλεκτρικό καλώδιο, βεβαιωθείτε ότι τα ηλεκτρικά στοιχεία που υπάρχουν στην πινακίδα στο κάτω μέρος της συσκευής, ανταποκρίνονται σε
εκείνα της διανομής του ηλεκτρικού δικτύου.
9. Σε περίπτωση που το ηλεκτρικό καλώδιο της συσκευής είναι ασύμβατο με την πρίζα του ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος, απευθυνθείτε σε εξουσιοδοτημένο προσωπικό για την
αντικατάσταση της πρίζας με άλλη κατάλληλου τύπου. Σε γενικές γραμμές, καλό είναι να μη χρησιμοποιείτε απλούς ή πολλαπλούς προσαρμοστές ή/και επεκτάσεις. Σε
περίπτωση που η χρήση τους είναι απαραίτητη, θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείτε τύπους σύμφωνους με τα πρότυπα ασφαλείας, προσέχοντας ωστόσο να μην ξεπεράσετε τα
μέγιστα ανεκτά όρια τροφοδοσίας, που ενδείκνυνται από τους προσαρμοστές και τις επεκτάσεις.
10. Μην αφήνετε τη συσκευή άσκοπα στην πρίζα: αφαιρέστε το φις από το ρεύμα όταν η συσκευή δεν χρησιμοποιείται..
11. Η εγκατάσταση πρέπει να γίνεται σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του κατασκευαστή. Μια λάθος εγκατάσταση μπορεί να προκαλέσει βλάβες σε πρόσωπα, ζώα ή αγαθά, για
τις οποίες ο κατασκευαστής δεν μπορεί να θεωρηθεί υπεύθυνος.
12. Το ηλεκτρικό καλώδιο αυτής της συσκευή δεν πρέπει να αντικαθίσταται από το χρήστη. Σε περίπτωση ζημιάς του καλωδίου, για την αντικατάστασή του
απευθυνθείτε σε ένα κέντρο τεχνικής υποστήριξης εξουσιοδοτημένο από τον κατασκευαστή.
13. Σας συνιστούμε να ξετυλίξετε το ηλεκτρικό καλώδιο σε όλη του την έκταση για να αποφύγετε επικίνδυνες υπερθερμάνσεις.
14. Πριν πραγματοποιήσετε οποιαδήποτε εργασία καθαρισμού ή/και συντήρησης, σβήστε τη συσκευή και αφαιρέστε το φις.
15. Ορισμένα συστατικά μέρη της συσκευής έχουν διαστάσεις πολύ μειωμένες έτσι ώστε να υπάρχει κίνδυνος να καταποθούν από τα παιδιά, φυλάξτε επομένως τη
συσκευή μακριά από τα παιδιά.
16. Αν αποφασίσετε να μη χρησιμοποιήσετε πλέον τη συσκευή, σας συνιστούμε να την απορρίψετε σύμφωνα με τους ισχύοντες κανονισμούς.
17. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι:
– χρησιμοποιείτε αυτή τη συσκευή μόνο με φάρμακα που συνταγογραφούνται από το γιατρό σας.
– πραγματοποιήστε τη θεραπεία χρησιμοποιώντας μόνο το εξάρτημα που συνίσταται από το γιατρό ανάλογα με την παθολογία.
– ανατρέξτε στο εξάρτημα «ρινική διχάλα» μόνο αν συνίσταται σαφώς από το γιατρό και προσέχοντας να μην εισάγετε ΠΟΤΕ στη μύτη τις διασκλαδώσεις, περιοριστείτε
στο να τις φέρετε όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερο κοντά.
18. Διαβάστε στο φύλλο των οδηγιών του φαρμάκου τις αντενδείξεις κατά τη χρήση με τα κοινά συστήματα θεραπείας δι’εισπνοών.
19. Για την αποφυγή στραγγαλισμού και εμπλοκής, κρατήστε το καλώδιο και τους σωλήνες
αέρα μακριά από μικρά παιδιά.
20. Μην τοποθετείτε τον εξοπλισμό έτσι ώστε να υφίσταται δυσκολία λειτουργίας της συσκευής αποσύνδεσης.
21. Για μεγαλύτερη ασφάλεια υγιεινής συνιστάται να μη χρησιμοποιείτε τα ίδια εξαρτήματα σε διαφορετικούς ασθενείς
ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΧΡΗΣΗΣ
• Η συσκευή ελέγχεται πριν από κάθε χρήση, για την ανίχνευση δυσλειτουργιών ή/και ζημιών που οφείλονται στη μεταφορά ή/και στην αποθήκευση.
• Κατά τη διάρκεια της εισπνοής, καθίστε σε όρθια και χαλαρή θέση σε ένα τραπέζι και όχι σε πολυθρόνα, για να αποφευχθεί η συμπίεση του αναπνευστικού
συστήματος και η μείωση της αποτελεσματικότητας της θεραπείας.
• Τα εξαρτήματα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιούνται για έναν και μόνο ασθενή, δεν συνίσταται η χρήση για περισσότερους ασθενείς.
1. Μετά την αφαίρεση της συσκευής από τη συσκευασία, βεβαιωθείτε ότι δεν υπάρχουν ορατές ζημιές, δίνοντας ιδιαίτερη προσοχή σε ρωγμές του πλαστικού που
μπορεί να εκθέσουν τα ηλεκτρικά εξαρτήματα. Ελέγξτε την ακεραιότητα των εξαρτημάτων.
2. Πριν χρησιμοποιήσετε τη συσκευή, προχωρήστε στις εργασίες απολύμανσης όπως περιγράφεται στο κεφάλαιο ΚΑΘΑΡΙΣΜΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΥΝΤΗΡΗΣΗ.
3. Ανοίξτε τον εκνεφωτή περιστρέφοντας το πάνω μέρος αριστερόστροφα (Εικ. B).
4. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι ο κώνος διοχέτευσης του φαρμάκου έχει τοποθετηθεί σωστά στον κώνο διοχέτευσης του αέρα που είναι μέσα στον εκνεφωτή (Εικ. C).
5. Χύστε την ποσότητα του φαρμάκου που συνίσταται από το γιατρό σας στον εκνεφωτή (Εικ. D).
6. Ξανακλείστε τον εκνεφωτή ξαναβιδώνοντας δεξιόστροφα τα δύο μέρη φροντίζοντας να είναι ερμητικά κλειστός (Εικ. E).
7. Συνδέστε τη μία άκρη του σωλήνα αέρα στην ειδική έξοδο στο βάθος του εκνεφωτή (Εικ. F) και την άλλη άκρη στην έξοδο του αέρα (Εικ. G) πάνω στη συσκευή.
8. Αν θέλετε να χρησιμοποιήσετε την προσωπίδα, συνδέστε την απευθείας στον εκνεφωτή (Εικ. H).
9. Βάλτε το καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας στην ηλεκτρική πρίζα αφού βεβαιωθείτε ότι η παροχή του ρεύματος ταιριάζει με τα δεδομένα της πινακίδας της συσκευής.
10. Για να αρχίσετε τη θεραπεία, βάλτε το διακόπτη στη θέση « ».I/O I
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Η συσκευή είναι για διακοπτόμενη χρήση, 30 λεπτά ΑΝΑΜΜΕΝΗ/30 λεπτά ΣΒΗΣΤΗ.
11. Εισπνεύστε το διάλυμα του αερολύματος χρησιμοποιώντας το συνταγογραμμένο εξάρτημα.
12. Μετά τη θεραπευτική διαδικασία, σβήστε τη συσκευή βάζοντας το διακόπτη στη θέση « » και αφαιρέστε το φις από ηλεκτρικό ρεύμα τροφοδοσίας.I/O O
13. Καθαρίστε τον εκνεφωτή και τα εξαρτήματά του όπως περιγράφεται στο κεφάλαιο «ΚΑΘΑΡΙΣΜΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΑΠΟΛΥΜΑΝΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΕΞΑΡΤΗΜΑΤΩΝ».
14. Η συσκευή δεν απαιτεί βαθμονόμηση.
ΚΑΘΑΡΙΣΜΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΥΝΤΗΡΗΣΗ
Ο καθαρισμός της συσκευής πρέπει να πραγματοποιείται με ένα μαλακό και υγρό πανί και με καθαριστικά που δεν διαβρώνουν.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: κατά τις εργασίες καθαρισμού, βεβαιωθείτε ότι τα υγρά δεν έχουν διεισδύσει στη συσκευή και ότι έχετε βγάλει το φις από την πρίζα.
ΚΑΘΑΡΙΣΜΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΑΠΟΛΥΜΑΝΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΕΞΑΡΤΗΜΑΤΩΝ
Ακολουθήστε σχολαστικά τις οδηγίες καθαρισμού και απολύμανσης των εξαρτημάτων καθώς είναι κρίσιμης σημασίας για την απόδοση του προϊόντος και την
επιτυχία της θεραπείας.
1. Στο τέλος κάθε εφαρμογής:
Αποσυναρμολογήστε τον εκνεφωτή περιστρέφοντας το πάνω μέρος αριστερόστροφα και αφαιρέστε τον κώνο διοχέτευσης του φαρμάκου.
Πλύνετε τα εξαρτήματα του αποσυναρμολογημένου εκνεφωτή, το αναπνευστικό επιστόμιο και τη ρινική διχάλα χρησιμοποιώντας τρεχούμενο νερό. Τέλος, βάλτε τα σε
βραστό νερό για 5 λεπτά. Ξανασυναρμολογήστε τα συστατικά μέρη του εκνεφωτή και συνδέστε τον στην έξοδο του αέρα (Εικ. G) θέτοντας σε λειτουργία τη συσκευή για
10-15 λεπτά.
Οι προσωπίδες πρέπει να πλένονται με ζεστό νερό όχι καυτό.
Μη βράζετε και μη βάζετε στον κλίβανο απολυμάνσεως τις προσωπίδες και το σωλήνα του αέρα.
2. Αποστείρωση:
Χρησιμοποιείτε κρύα διαλύματα αποστείρωσης ακολουθώντας τις οδηγίες του κατασκευαστή.
ΑΝΤΙΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΕΚΝΕΦΩΤΗ
Ο εκνεφωτής πρέπει να αντικαθίσταται μετά από μια μακρά περίοδο αδράνειας, σε περίπτωση που έχει παραμορφωθεί ή σπάσει, ή στην περίπτωση κατά την οποία το
ακροφύσιο του εκνεφωτή έχει φράξει από ξερό φάρμακο, σκόνη, κλπ.
η MEDEL συνιστά την αντικατάσταση του εκνεφωτή μετά από ένα χρονικό διάστημα μεταξύ 6 μηνών και 1 έτους ανάλογα με τη χρήση.
Χρησιμοποιείτε μόνο γνήσιους εκνεφωτές.
ΑΝΤΙΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΦΙΛΤΡΟΥ ΑΕΡΑ
Υπό κανονικές συνθήκες χρήσης το φίλτρο αέρα πρέπει να αντικαθίσταται μετά από περίπου 200 ώρες λειτουργίας ή μετά από κάθε έτος.
Η Medel International S.r.l. συνιστά τον περιοδικό έλεγχο του φίλτρου αέρα (10 - 12 εκνεφώσεις) και, αν αυτός αποκτήσει ένα γκρι ή καφέ χρώμα ή είναι υγρός στην αφή,
φροντίστε για την αντικατάστασή του. Αφαιρέστε το φίλτρο (Εικ. A-5) και αντικαταστήστε το με ένα νέο. Μην προσπαθήσετε να πλύνετε το φίλτρο για να το
ξαναχρησιμοποιήσετε. Το φίλτρο αέρα δεν θα πρέπει να υφίσταται επιδιόρθωση ή συντήρηση ενώ χρησιμοποιείται με έναν ασθενή.
Χρησιμοποιείτε μόνο γνήσια φίλτρα / Μη χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή χωρίς φίλτρο.
ΠΙΘΑΝΑ ΠΡΟΒΛΗΜΑΤΑ ΚΑΙ Η ΕΠΙΛΥΣΗ ΤΟΥΣ
Επικοινωνήστε με το εξουσιοδοτημένη Υπηρεσία Τεχνικής Υποστήριξης σε περίπτωση που χρειάζεστε βοήθεια για τη χρήση και τη συντήρηση της συσκευής.
Πρόβλημα:

2. Δεν εκνεφώνει ή εκνεφώνει αμυδρά
Πιθανή επίλυση:
1. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι το φις έχει εισαχθεί σωστά στην ηλεκτρική πρίζα.
2. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η συσκευή δεν έχει εργαστεί πέρα από τα όρια λειτουργίας που ορίζονται στο παρόν εγχειρίδιο (30 λεπτά ΑΝΑΜΜΕΝΗ/30 λεπτά ΣΒΗΣΤΗ).
3. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι οι συνδέσεις του σωλήνα αέρα έχουν εισαχθεί σωστά στις υποδοχές του συμπιεστή και του εκνεφωτή.
4. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι ο εκνεφωτής δεν είναι άδειος ή ότι έχει γεμίσει με τη σωστή ποσότητα του φαρμάκου (ΜΕΓΙΣΤΟ. 8 ml). Βεβαιωθείτε ότι δεν έχει φράξει το ακροφύσιο
του εκνεφωτή.
Σε περίπτωση που η συσκευή δεν ξαναρχίσει τη σωστή της λειτουργία, παρακαλούμε επικοινωνήστε με την ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ ΠΕΛΑΤΩΝ MEDEL.

AVERTIZĂRI
1. Utilizaţi aparatul conform descrierii din acest manual, aşadar pentru terapia cu aerosoli, conform indicaţiilor medicului dumneavoastră. Orice utilizare
diferită de cea pentru care a fost conceput aparatul este considerată improprie şi deci periculoasă; producătorul nu poate considerat responsabil pentru daunele pro-
duse aparatului de utilizarea neadecvată, eronată sau iraţională sau dacă aparatul este cuplat la instalaţii electrice neconforme cu normele de siguranţă.
2. Păstraţi acest manual pentru eventuale consultări ulterioare.
3. Nu utilizaţi aparatul în prezenţa amestecurilor anestezice inamabile cu oxigen sau protoxid de azot.
4. Funcţionarea corectă a aparatului poate compromisă de interferenţe electromagnetice care depăşesc limitele impuse de normele europene în vigoare. În cazul în
care aparatul interferează cu alte dispozitive electrice, mutaţi-l şi conectaţi-l la o altă priză electrică.
5. În caz de defecte sau funcţionare defectuoasă a aparatului consultaţi capitolul PROBLEME ŞI SOLUŢII. Nu modicaţi şi nu deschideţi cutia compresorului.
6. Pentru reparaţii adresaţi-vă exclusiv unui centru de asistenţa tehnică autorizat de producător şi solicitaţi utilizarea pieselor de schimb identice cu cele originale. Nere-
spectarea celor anterior menţionate poate compromite siguranţa aparatului.
7. Respectaţi normele de siguranţă indicate pentru aparaturile electrice şi în special:
- utilizaţi doar accesorii şi componente originale;
- nu introduceţi aparatul în apă;
- nu udaţi aparatul, acesta nu este dotat cu protecţii împotriva picăturilor;
- nu atingeţi aparatul cu mâinile umede;
- nu lăsaţi aparatul expus acţiunii agenţilor atmosferici;
- în timpul utilizării aşezaţi aparatul pe suprafeţe plane şi stabile;
- folosirea acestui aparat de către copii sau persoane cu handicap cere o atentă supraveghere din partea unui adult în deplinătatea facultăţilor mentale;
- nu trageţi cablul de alimentare sau aparatul pentru a scoate ştecherul din priza electrică;
- ştecherul cablului de alimentare este elementul de separare a aparatului de reţeaua electrică; ştecherul trebuie să e accesibil după punerea în funcţiune a aparatului.
8. Înainte de a conecta ştecherul de alimentare, asiguraţi-vă că datele electrice de pe plăcuţa cu date din partea inferioară a aparatului corespund cu cele ale reţelei
electrice.
9. În cazul în care ştecherul din dotarea aparatului este incompatibil cu priza reţelei electrice, adresaţi-vă personalului calicat pentru înlocuirea acestuia cu unul de
tip adecvat. În general, nu se recomandă utilizarea adaptatoarelor simple sau multiple şi/sau a prelungitoarelor. Dacă utilizarea lor este indispensabilă, este necesar să
utilizaţi tipuri conforme cu prevederile normelor de siguranţă, ind atenţi să nu depăşiţi limitele maxime suportate care sunt indicate pe prelungitor şi pe adaptator.
10. Nu lăsaţi aparatul conectat inutil: scoateţi ştecherul din priza de alimentare dacă nu folosiţi aparatul.
11. Instalarea trebuie efectuată conform instrucţiunilor producătorului. Instalarea greşită poate provoca daune persoanelor, lucrurilor sau animalelor, pentru care
producătorul nu poate considerat responsabil.
12. Cablul de alimentare a acestui aparat nu trebuie înlocuit de către utilizator. În cazul defectării lui, pentru înlocuire adresaţi-vă unui centru de asistenţă tehnică autori-
zat de către producător.
13. Se recomandă să desfăşuraţi cablul de alimentare pe toată lungimea lui pentru a evita supraîncălzirea.
14. Înainte de a efectua o operaţie de curăţare şi/sau de întreţinere, opriţi aparatul şi scoateţi ştecherul din priză.
15. Unele componente ale aparatului au dimensiuni atât de reduse încât pot înghiţite de către copii; nu lăsaţi aparatul la îndemâna copiilor.
16. Când decideţi să nu mai utilizaţi aparatul, vă recomandăm să îl eliminaţi conform normelor în vigoare.
17. Asiguraţi-vă că:
- utilizaţi acest aparat numai cu medicamentele prescrise de propriul medic;
- efectuaţi tratamentul utilizând doar accesoriul indicat de medic, în funcţie de patologie;
- recurgeţi la accesoriul „furcă nazală” doar dacă acest lucru v-a fost indicat de către medic şi ind atenţi să nu introduceţi NICIODATĂ în nas bifurcaţiile, limitaţi-vă să le
apropiaţi cât mai mult posibil.
18. Vericaţi în şa ilustrativă a medicamentelor eventuale contraindicaţii de utilizare în combinaţie cu sistemele comune de terapie cu aerosoli.
19. Pentru a evita strangularea și blocarea, nu păstrați cablul și tuburile de aer la îndemâna copiilor mici.
20. Nu amplasați echipamentul într-o poziție în care acționarea dispozitivului de deconectare este dicilă.
21. Pentru mai multă siguranță și igienă vă recomandăm să nu folosiți aceleași accesorii pe mai mulți pacienți.
INSTRUCŢIUNI DE UTILIZARE
• Aparatul trebuie vericat înainte de orice utilizare pentru a descoperi orice anomalie de funcţionare şi/sau defecte datorate transportului şi/sau depozitării.
• Pe durata inhalării, staţi în poziţie ridicată şi relaxată la o masă şi nu în fotoliu, pentru a nu comprima căile respiratorii şi a compromite astfel ecienţa tratamentului.
• Accesoriile trebuie utilizate pentru un singur pacient, nu se recomandă folosirea lor pentru mai mulţi pacienţi.
1. După ce aţi scos aparatul din cutie, vericaţi să nu prezinte defecte vizibile; acordaţi atenţie mai ales crăpăturilor plasticului care pot lăsa descoperite anumite compo-
nente electrice. Vericaţi integritatea accesoriilor.
2. Înainte de a utiliza aparatul, efectuaţi operaţiile de dezinfectare conform descrierii din capitolul „CURĂŢARE ŞI ÎNTREŢINERE”.
3. Deschideţi pulverizatorul prin rotirea părţii superioare în sens invers acelor de ceasornic (Fig. B).
4. Asiguraţi-vă ca conul de transport al medicamentelor să e corect introdus în conul de transport al aerului situat în interiorul pulverizatorului (Fig. C).
5. Vărsaţi cantitatea de medicamente indicată de propriul medic în pulverizator (Fig. D).
6. Închideţi pulverizatorul rotind în sens orar cele două părţi, ind atenţi să e bine strânse (Fig. E).
7. Conectaţi o extremitate a tubului de aer la ieşirea potrivită din partea de jos a pulverizatorului, (Fig. F) şi cealaltă extremitate la punctul de ieşire a aerului (Fig. G) de pe
aparat.
8. Dacă se doreşte utilizarea măştii, introduceţi-o direct în pulverizator (Fig. H).
9. Introduceţi ştecherul de alimentare în priza de curent, ind atenţi ca tensiunea reţelei să corespundă cu datele de pe plăcuţa cu date a aparatului.
10. Pentru a începe tratamentul, puneţi întrerupătorul în poziţia „ I/O I”.
ATENŢIE: Aparatul trebuie utilizat cu pauze, 30 de minute PORNIT / 30 de min OPRIT.
11. Inspiraţi soluţia de aerosoli utilizând accesoriul prescris.
12. Odată încheiat tratamentul opriţi aparatul ducând întrerupătorul în poziţia “ ” şi scoateţi ştecherul din priza reţelei de alimentare electrică. I/O O
13. Curăţaţi pulverizatorul şi accesoriile acestuia conform descrierii din capitolul “CURĂŢAREA ŞI DEZINFECTAREA ACCESORIILOR”.
14. Acest dispozitiv nu necesită calibrare.
CURĂŢARE ŞI ÎNTREŢINERE
Curăţarea aparatului trebuie făcută cu un material textil moale şi uscat şi cu substanţe de curăţare neabrazive.
ATENŢIE: în timpul operaţiunilor de curăţare asiguraţi-vă că nu pătrund în aparat substanţe lichide şi că ştecherul nu este introdus în priză.
CURĂŢAREA ŞI DEZINFECTAREA ACCESORIILOR
Respectaţi cu stricteţe indicaţiile privind curăţarea şi dezinfectarea accesoriilor deoarece sunt fundamentale pentru performanţele produsului şi pentru suc-
cesul terapiei.
1. La sfârşitul ecărui tratament:
Dezasamblaţi pulverizatorul rotind partea superioară în sens invers acelor de ceasornic şi îndepărtaţi conul de transport al medicamentelor.
Spălaţi componentele pulverizatorului dezasamblat; spălaţi cu apă curentă piesa pentru cavitatea bucală şi furca pentru nas. După aceea introduceţi-le în apă erbinte
timp de 5 m
nute. Reasamblaţi componentele pulverizatorului şi cuplaţi-l la punctul de ieşire a aerului (Fig. G); puneţi aparatul în funcţiune timp de 10-15 minute.
Măştile trebuie spălate cu apă caldă şi nu erbinte.
ANu erbeţi şi nu folosiţi autoclava pentru măşti sau tuburile de aer.
2. Sterilizare: Utilizaţi soluţii de sterilizare la rece, respectând instrucţiunile producătorului.
ÎNLOCUIREA PULVERIZATORULUI
Pulverizatorul trebuie înlocuit după o durată lungă de inactivitate, în caz de deformare sau ruptură sau în cazul în care duza este obstrucţionată de medicamente uscate,
praf, etc.
MEDEL recomandă înlocuirea pulverizatorului după o perioadă de timp cuprinsă între 6 luni şi 1 an în funcţie de utilizare.
AUtilizaţi numai pulverizatoare originale.
ÎNLOCUIREA FILTRULUI DE AER
În condiţii normale de utilizare ltrul de aer trebuie înlocuit după aproximativ 200 de ore de funcţionare sau după un an. Medel International S.r.l. recomandă vericarea
periodică a ltrului de aer (10 - 12 tratamente), iar dacă acesta capătă o culoare cenuşie sau maro sau se prezintă umed la atingere, ltrul trebuie înlocuit. Scoateţi ltrul
(Fig. A-5) şi înlocuiţi-l cu unul nou. Nu încercaţi să curăţaţi ltrul pentru a-l reutiliza. Filtrul de aer nu trebuie supus operațiunilor de întreținere în timpul utilizării pe pa-
cient. Utilizaţi numai ltre originale / Nu utilizaţi aparatul fără ltru.
PROBLEME ŞI SOLUŢII
Contactaţi un Centru de asistenţă autorizat în cazul în care aveţi nevoie de ajutor pentru utilizarea şi întreţinerea aparatului.
Problemă:
1. Aparatul nu porneşte
2. Aparatul nu pulverizează sau pulverizează slab
Soluţie posibilă:
1. Vericaţi ca ştecherul să e bine introdus în priza de curent.
2. Vericaţi ca aparatul să nu funcţionat peste limitele de funcţionare indicate în acest manual (30 min PORNIT/30 min OPRIT).
3. Vericaţi ca racordurile tubului de aer să e bine introduse în racordurile compresorului şi pulverizatorului.
4. Vericaţi ca pulverizatorul să nu e gol şi să e umplut cu cantitatea corectă de medicament. (MAX. 8 ml). Vericaţi ca duza pulverizatorului să nu e înfundată.
În cazul în care aparatul nu funcţionează corect nici după aceste vericări, adresaţi-vă CUSTOMER SERVICE MEDEL.
ÎNTREŢINERE ŞI REPARAŢIE
În caz de defecte adresaţi-vă personalului calicat şi autorizat de În nici un caz nu deschideţi aparatul. Aparatul nu are în interiorul său absolut Medel International Srl.

8. Przed podłączeniem urządzenia do sieci elektroenergetycznej, należy upewnić się, czy dane elektryczne, umieszczone na spodzie urządzenia, są zgodne z danymi

21. Celem zachowania bezpieczeństwa i higieny nie powinno się stoswać tych samych narzędzi dla kilku pacjentów.INSTRUKCJA UŻYTKOWANIA
• Urządzenie należy sprawdzić przed każdym zastosowaniem w celu wykrycia nieprawidłowości działania i/lub szkód spowodowanych transportem i/lub przechowywa-

• Podczas inhalacji należy siedzieć prosto i w sposób zrelaksowany przy stole a nie na fotelu, aby nie dopuścić do zgniecenia dróg oddechowych i naruszenia w ten

3. Otworzyć nebulizator przekręcając górną część w lewo (Rys. B).
4. Upewnić się, że stożek przepływu lekarstwa włożony jest prawidłowo na stożek przepływu powietrza wewnątrz nebulizatora (Rys. C).
5. Wlać zaleconą przez własnego lekarza ilość lekarstwa do nebulizatora (Rys. D).
6. Zamknąć nebulizator przekręcając w prawo dwie części uważając na to, aby były dobrze dokręcone (Rys. E).
7. Połączyć jedną końcówkę przewodu powietrznego z odpowiednim wylotem na spodzie nebulizatora (Rys. F) a drugą z wylotem powietrza (Rys. G) na urządzeniu.
8. W razie chęci korzystania z maski, należy ją włożyć bezpośrednio do nebulizatora (Rys. H).
9. Wtyczkę należy włożyć do gniazdka z prądem uważając na to, aby zasilanie sieciowe było zgodne z danymi na tabliczce urządzenia.
10. Aby rozpocząć zabieg, wyłącznik należy umieścić na pozycji “ I/O I”.
UWAGA: Urządzenie do użycia przerywanego, 30 min WŁĄCZONE/30 min WYŁĄCZONE.
11. Wciągnąć roztwór aerozolowy korzystając z zaleconych akcesoriów.

CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA
Urządzenie należy czyścić miękką i wilgotną szmatką z zastosowaniem detergentów nieściernych.
UWAGA: Podczas czyszczenia, należy dopilnować, aby żadne płyny nie dostały się do wnętrza urządzenia i żeby wtyczka prądu była wyjęta.
CZYSZCZENIE I DEZYNFEKCJA AKCESORIÓW
Należy ściśle przestrzegać zaleceń dotyczących czyszczenia i dezynfekcji akcesoriów, ponieważ stanowią podstawę sprawności urządzenia i sukcesu tera-
peutycznego.
1. Po każdym zastosowaniu:
Rozłożyć nebulizator na części przekręcając górną część w lewo i wyjąć stożek przepływu lekarstwa.
Umyć części składowe nebulizatora, ustnik i widełki nosowe pod bieżącą wodą. Następnie zanurzyć je na 5 minut w gorącej wodzie. Złożyć części składowe nebulizatora
i połączyć z wylotem powietrza (Rys. G) i włączyć urządzenie na 10-15 minut.
Maski należy umyć w wodzie ciepłej, ale nie wrzącej
Masek ani przewodu powietrznego nie należy gotować ani czyścić w autoklawie.
2. Sterylizacja: Korzystać z roztworów sterylizujących na zimno zgodnie z instrukcjami producenta.
WYMIANA NEBULIZATORA
Nebulizator należy wymienić po długim okresie przestoju, w razie wystąpienia zniekształcenia lub innego uszkodzenia lub gdy dysza nebulizatora jest zatkana suchym
lekarstwem, kurzem itd.MEDEL zaleca wymianę nebulizatora po upływie czasu od 6 miesięcy do 1 roku, w zależności od stosowania.
Należy korzystać wyłącznie z oryginalnych nebulizatorów.
WYMIANA FILTRA POWIETRZA
W normalnych warunkach stosowania, ltr powietrza należy wymieniać po około 200 godzinach funkcjonowania lub po upływie każdego roku. Medel International S.r.l.
zaleca okresowe sprawdzanie ltra powietrza (10 - 12 nebulizacji) i jeżeli stanie się szary lub brązowy czy też będzie wilgotny w dotyku, należy go wymienić. Wyjąć ltr
(Rys. A-5) i zastąpić go nowym. Nie próbować czyścić ltra, aby ponownie go użyć. Nie wolno naprawiać ani konserwować ltra powietrza w trakcie używania go przez
pacjenta.
Używać tylko oryginalnych ltrów / Nie używać urządzenia bez ltra.

FIGYELMEZTETÉS:

18. Ellenőrizze a gyógyszer tájékoztatóján az inhalátoros használatra vonatkozó esetleges ellenjavallatokat.
19. A fulladásveszély elkerülése érdekében, tartsa a vezetéket és a levegőcsöveket kisgyermekektől távol.
20. Ne helyezze a berendezést olyan helyre, ahonnan nehezen kezelhető a kapcsoló.
21. A nagyobb higiéniai biztonság érdekében javasoljuk, hogy ne használja ugyanazt a tartozékot egynél több beteghez.
HASZNÁLATI UTASÍTÁS
• A használat megkezdése előtt ellenőrizze, hogy a készülék a raktározás és/vagy szállítás során nem hibásodott-e meg, és/vagy nem szenvedett-e sérüléseket.
• Az inhalálás során üljön egyenes háttal kényelmes helyzetben egy asztalnál (ne üljön fotelba), hogy ne nyomja össze a légutakat, mert ez ronthatja a kezelés
eredményességét.
• A tartozékok csak egy személy kezelésére valók, több személy kezelését ugyanazokkal a tartozékokkal nem ajánljuk.
1. Miután a készüléket kicsomagolta, ellenőrizze, hogy nincsenek-e rajta látható sérülések különös tekintettel a műanyag felületek olyan horpadásaira, amelyek
következtében néhány elektromos rész fedetlenül maradhat. Ellenőrizze a tartozékok állapotát.
2. Használat előtt fertőtlenítse a készüléket a TISZTÍTÁS ÉS KARBANTARTÁS c. fejezetben leírtak szerint.
3. A felső rész óramutató járásával ellentétes irányba történő elforgatásával nyissa ki a porlasztót (B ábr.).
4. Ellenőrizze, hogy megfelelően helyezte-e fel a gyógyszervezető kúpot a készülék belsejében elhelyezett levegővezető kúpra (C ábr.).
5. Öntse az orvos által előírt gyógyszermennyiséget a porlasztóba (D ábra).
6. A két rész óramutató járásával megegyező irányba történő elforgatásával zárja vissza a porlasztót, ügyelve arra, hogy a részek szorosan illeszkedjenek egymáshoz (E
ábra).
7. Csatlakoztassa a levegőcső egyik végét a porlasztó alján elhelyezett kimenethez (F ábra), a másik végét pedig a készülék levegő kimenetéhez (G ábra).
8. Ha a maszkot kívánja használni, helyezze közvetlenül a porlasztóra (H ábra).
9. Csatlakoztassa a dugót a hálózatba. Ellenőrizze, hogy a hálózati feszültség megfelel-e készüléken feltüntetett feszültségértékek.
10. A kezelés megkezdéséhez állítsa az “ állásba.I/O kapcsolót „I

TISZTÍTÁS ÉS KARBANTARTÁS
A készülék tisztítását puha száraz ronggyal és mosószerrel végezze. Ne használjon súrolószert.
FIGYELEM: a tisztítás során ügyeljen arra, hogy az esetlegesen használt folyadékok ne folyjanak a készülékbe. Ellenőrizze, hogy kihúzta-e a hálózati
csatlakozót.
A TARTOZÉKOK TISZTÍTÁSA ÉS FERTŐTLENÍTÉSE
Kövesse pontosan a tartozékok tisztításával és fertőtlenítésével kapcsolatos utasításokat, mert nagyban befolyásolhatják a készülék működését és a kezelés
sikerét.
1. A használat végén:
A felső rész óramutató járásával ellentétes irányú elforgatásával, szerelje szét a porlasztót, és távolítsa el a gyógyszervezető kúpot.
Mossa el folyóvízzel a szélszerelt porlasztó részeit, a száj csutorát és az orr csutorát. Végül tegye őket forró vízbe 5 percre. Szerelje ismét össze a porlasztó alkatrészeit,
csatlakoztassa a levegő kimenethez (G ábra), és hagyja működni a készüléket 10-15 percig.
A maszkok elmosásakor ne használjon forró vizet.
Ne főzze ki, és ne használjon autoklávot a maszk és a levegőcső tisztításához.
2. Sterilizálás: Használjon hidegen sterilizáló oldatokat, és kövesse a termék gyártójának utasításait.
A PORLASZTÓ CSERÉJE
A porlasztó cseréjére abban az esetben van szükség, ha a készüléket hosszabb ideig nem használja, porlasztó eldeformálódik vagy eltörik, illetve ha a porlasztó fúvókája
száraz gyógyszer, por, stb. hatására eltömődik. A MEDEL azt tanácsolja, hogy a használat intenzitásától függően hathavonta vagy évente cserélje ki a porlasztót.
Használjon kizárólag eredeti porlasztót.
A LÉGSZŰRŐ CSERÉJE
Normál használat mellett a levegő szűrőt kb. 200 óránként vagy évente egyszer kell kicserélni.
A Medel International S.r.l. azt tanácsolja, ellenőrizze rendszeresen a levegőszűrőt (10 - 12 inhalálás után), és ha a szűrő szürkére vagy barnára színeződött, illetve nedves,
cserékje ki. Vegye ki a szűrőt ( ), és cserélje ki egy újra. Ne tisztítsa ki a szűrőt, és ne használja újra. A levegőszűrőt használat közben javítani vagy karbantartani A-5 ábra
tilos.
Csak eredeti szűrőket használjon / A készüléket szűrő nélkül használni tilos.
LEHETSÉGES PROBLÉMÁK ÉS AZOK MEGOLDÁSA
Amennyiben a készülék használatához vagy karbantartásához segítségre van szüksége, lépjen kapcsolatba a vevőszolgálattal.

Lehetséges megoldás:
1. Ellenőrizze, hogy a levegő cső csatlakozóját megfelelően csatlakoztatta-e a kompresszor és a porlasztó csatlakozóihoz.
2. Ellenőrizze, hogy a készülék nem üzemelt-e a jelen útmutatóban megadottnál hosszabb ideig (30 perc BEKAPCSOLVA/30 perc KIKAPCSOLVA).
3. Ellenőrizze, hogy a levegő cső csatlakozóját megfelelően csatlakoztatta-e a kompresszor és a porlasztó csatlakozóihoz.
4. Ellenőrizze, hogy a porlasztó nem üres-e, és a megfelelő mennyiségű gyógyszerrel töltötte-e fel (MAX. 8 ml). Ellenőrizze, hogy a porlasztó fúvókája nem tömődött-e el.
Amennyiben a készülék ezt követően sem működik megfelelően, forduljon a gyártó vevőszolgálatához.
JAVÍTÁS ÉS KARBANTARTÁS
Meghibásodás esetén forduljon a megbízott szakembereihez. Ne nyissa ki a készüléket. A készüléknek nincs olyan része, amelynek javítása ne Medel International Srl
igényelne szakembert. A készülék belsejének nincs szüksége karbantartásra vagy olajozásra.
