PREPARATION

1. Sit the appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.

3. Fit the metal grill plate and stone grill plate onto the support rails. The metal grill plate has a at side

and a ribbed side and can be tted either way up.

4. Remove the raclette pans from the base unit.
