Operating principle
Thermometer: Pt100 Probe
The Pt100 is a resistance sensor with a positive temperature coefcient that changes with temperature.
As the temperature increases, the resistance value also rises.
ie: for 32 °F ≈ 100 Ω
for 212 °F ≈ 138,5 Ω.
