Sécurité
Portez toujours des équipements de protection individuelle adaptés lors de l’utilisation de cet outil y
compris des protections oculaires, auditives, respiratoires et des gants de sécurité.
Arbres
IMPORTANT : Utilisez toujours un arbre de taille adaptée à la scie-cloche.
• Arbres SDS Plus Silverline 14 - 30 mm et 32 – 152 mm.
• Arbres Hex Silverline 14 – 30 mm et 32 – 152 mm.
• Tous les arbres fournis avec un foret de centrage 6 mm.
• Veuillez contacter votre revendeur Silverline pour obtenir un arbre de taille adapté.
Assemblage de la scie-cloche sur l’arbre
• La conception de ce produit permet une installation rapide et sans outils. Il n’y a pas besoin de retirer
l’arbre du mandrin.
1. Tirez la bague de serrage vers le haut pour rétracter les broches.
2. Vissez la scie-cloche sur l’arbre puis alignez une partie des trous avec les broches.
3. Poussez la bague de serrage vers le bas enclencher les broches sur la scie-cloche.
4. Sinécessaire,desserrezleforetdeguidageetajustez-ledefaçonàcequeseulslestranchantseflés
projettent au-delà des dents de la scie-cloche.
Vitesses de sciage
• Voir la table de réglage de la vitesse de sciage (ci-dessous) pour la coupe de différents matériaux.
Remarque : Les conditions relatives aux matériaux et au sciage pouvant varier, les données de la table
ci-dessous ne sont fournies qu’à titre indicatif.
Utilisation de la scie-cloche
• Pour une coupe de meilleure qualité et une meilleure durée de service du produit, utilisez une huile de
coupe de qualité lors de la coupe de métaux (sauf avec la fonte).
• Retirez régulièrement les copeaux ; des dents de scie encombrées ralentissent la coupe peuvent
entraîner la surchauffe de l’outil.

Aufnahmen
WICHTIG: Benutzen Sie stets eine Aufnahme in der korrekten Größe für den jeweiligen Lochsägeaufsatz
• Silverline SDS-PLUS-Aufnahmen 14 – 30 mm und 32 – 152 mm
• Silverline Sechskant Aufnahmen 14 – 30 mm und 32 – 152 mm
• Die o.g. Aufnahmen beinhalten einen 6-mm-Zentrierbohrer.
• Erkundigen Sie sich bitte bei Ihrem Silverline-Fachhändler nach erforderlichen Aufnahmegrößen..
Montage der Lochsägeeinsätze
• Die Löchsägeaufsätze können per Design schnell und ohne jegliches Werkzeug an den Aufnahmen
montiert werden, ohne dass diese aus dem Bohrfutter entfernt werden muss.
1. Ziehen Sie den Stiftkragen zurück bis die Stifte die Mutter frei geben.
2. Schrauben Sie den Lochsägeaufsatz auf das Aufnahmegewinde und richten Sie die Stifte anhand der
Bohrungen im Lochsägeaufsatz aus.
3. Schieben Sie den Stiftkragen vorwärts bis die Stifte den Lochsägeaufsatz arretieren.
4. Der Zentrierbohrer kann gelöst und auf idealer Länge wieder eingespannt werden, falls nötig.
Sägegeschwindigkeit
• Beachten Sie die untenstehende Tabelle für Bohrgeschwindigkeiten beim Bohren in verschiedenen
Materialien.
Hinweis: Die angegebenen Geschwindigkeiten sind nur als Richtwerte zu verstehen, und an
unterschiedliche Sägebedingungen anzupassen.
Benutzung der Lochsäge
• Benutzen Sie stets ein geeignetes Schneidöl bzw. Kühlmittel um saubere Schnitte anzufertigen und die
Lebensdauer Ihrer Lochsäge zu verlängern (Ausnahme: Gusseisen).
• Entfernen Sie Grat und Späne regelmäßig, da diese die Sägezähne verstopfen und zur Überhitzung des
Werkzeugs führen können.

Safety
Wear approved eye protection, hearing protection and breathing protection when using this tool.
Arbors
IMPORTANT: Always use the correct size arbor for the holesaw.
• Silverline SDS Plus Arbors 14-30mm and 32-152mm
• Silverline Hex Arbors 14-30mm and 32-152mm
• All arbors include a 6mm pilot drill bit
• Contact your Silverline stockist for the necessary arbor size
Fitting the holesaw to the arbor
• Thedesignallowsquicktmentoftheholesawwithnotoolsrequired.Thereisnoneedtoremovethe
arbor from the chuck.
1. Pull up the drive pin collar to retract the pins
2. Screw the holesaw onto the arbor and align one set of pin holes with the pins
3. Push the drive pin collar forward so that the pins engage the holesaw
4. If necessary loosen the pilot drill and adjust so that only the tapered cutting edges project beyond the
holesaw teeth
Sawing speeds
• See the Table below for suggested speeds for sawing in different materials
Note: Due to varying cutting conditions and types of materials, stated speeds are for guidance only.
Using the holesaw
• For cleaner cutting action and longer saw life, use a good grade of cutting oil when sawing metals
(except cast iron)
• Clear chips away regularly; clogged saw teeth will slow the cut and may cause overheating
