INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BLACK DIAMOND DISTANCE TENT
SET UP
1. Spread your tent out and close the zippered door
completely.
2. Stake out the front and back corners, leaving slack in
the rear stake out loop to allow tightening later.
3. If using Distance AR poles, remove the cap from the
top of each pole’s grip. If using the Pole Adapters,
attach them to trekking pole grips with the hook-and-
loop straps. Adjust poles to 115 cm.
4. Extend Cross Bar and insert it into the top of each
trekking pole.
5. Insert the tips of the trekking poles into the loops on
each side of the tent.
6. Attach the clips on top of the tent to the Cross Bar;
the clips should sit just above each pole grip.
7. Extend each trekking pole so that the tent is taut.
8. Tighten the rear stake out loops.
VENTILATION
Maintain adequate ventilation at all times. Leave the
door vent open, unless it is extremely windy.

LIMITED WARRANTY
We warrant for one year from purchase date and only
to the original retail buyer (Buyer) that our products
(Products) are free from defects in material and work-
manship. For headlamps our warranty is for three years.
If Buyer discovers a covered defect, Buyer should return
the Product to the place of purchase. In the event
that this is not possible, return the Product to us at
the address provided. The Product will be repaired
or replaced at our discretion. That is the extent of our
liability under this Warranty and, upon expiration of the
applicable warranty period, all such liability shall termi-
nate. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase
for all warranty claims.
Warranty Exclusions:
We do not warranty Products against normal wear
and tear (such as ski edge cuts and abrasions, outsole
wear, etc.), unauthorized modifications or alterations,
improper use, improper maintenance, accident, misuse,
negligence, damage, or if the Product is used for a pur-
pose for which it was not designed. This Warranty gives
you specific rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state. Except for expressly
stated in this Warranty, we shall not be liable for direct,
indirect, incidental, or other types of damages aris-
ing out of, or resulting from the use of Product. This
Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or
implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
(some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations
on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above
exclusions may not apply to you).

MONTAGE
1. Déployez votre tente et fermez complètement la fer-
meture éclair de la porte d’entrée.
2. Amarrez les coins avant et arrière à l’aide des piquets,
en laissant un peu de marge à l’arrière pour un ajust-
ement ultérieur.
3. Si vous utilisez les bâtons Distance AR, ôtez le capu-
chon situé sur le pommeau de chaque poignée de
bâton. Si vous utilisez des adaptateurs pour bâtons,
fixez ceux-ci aux poignées des bâtons de randonnée
à l’aide d’attaches velcro. Réglez les bâtons à 115 cm.
4. Dépliez l’arceau transversal et insérez celui-ci dans le
pommeau de chaque bâton de randonnée.
5. Insérez les pointes des bâtons de randonnée dans les
boucles d’amarrage latérales de la tente.
6. Crochetez les attaches sommitales à l’arceau trans-
versal ; celles-ci doivent être positionnées juste
au-dessus de chaque poignée de bâton.
7. Dépliez chaque bâton de randonnée de manière à
tendre la toile de tente.
8. Ajustez les boucles d’amarrage arrière pour une ten-
sion optimale.
AÉRATION
Maintenez toujours une aération adéquate. Laissez
ouverte l’aération de la porte, sauf en cas de vent
extrême.

LIMITES DE GARANTIE
Nous garantissons pour une durée de un an à partir
de la date d’achat et seulement à l’Acheteur d’origine
(Acheteur) que nos produits (Produits) sont exempts de
défauts de matériau et de fabrication. Pour les lampes
frontales, notre garantie est de trois ans. Dans le cas
où l’Acheteur découvrirait un vice caché, l’Acheteur
devra renvoyer le Produit à l’adresse d’achat. Si cela
n’est pas possible, renvoyez-nous le Produit à l’adresse
indiquée. Ce Produit sera réparé ou échangé gratuite-
ment. L’étendue de notre responsabilité se limite à la
présente Garantie et prend fin au terme de la période
de garantie applicable. Nous nous réservons le droit
d’exiger une preuve d’achat pour toutes les demandes
d’application de la Garantie.

Sont exclus de cette Garantie l’usure normale du
Produit (rayure et abrasion des carres, usure des
semelles, etc.), les modifications ou les transforma-

gence, les dommages, ou l’utilisation du Produit à des

GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG
BLACK DIAMOND DISTANCE ZELT
AUFBAU
1. Breiten Sie Ihr Zelt aus und schliessen Sie den
Reissverschluss des Zelteingangs vollständig.
2. Befestigen Sie alle Ecken, wobei Sie die hinteren
Befestigungsschlaufen etwas lockerer lassen, um sie
später festzuzurren.
3. Bei der Verwendung von Distance AR-Stöcken ent-
fernen Sie die Kappen von den Griffoberseiten.
Wenn Sie Pole Adapter haben, befestigen Sie diese
mit den Klettverschlussriemen an den Griffen der
Trekkingstöcke. Stellen Sie die Stöcke auf 115 cm ein.
4. Nehmen Sie den Quersteg und setzen Sie ihn oben in
die Trekkingstöcke ein.
5. Setzen Sie die Spitzen der Trekkingstöcke in die
Schlaufen auf jeder Zeltseite ein.
6. Befestigen Sie die Clips oben am Zelt an der
Querstange. Die Clips sollten sich genau über den
Stockgriffen befinden.
7. Ziehen Sie jeden Stock so weit auseinander, dass die
Zeltwände gestrafft werden.
8. Zurren Sie die hinteren Befestigungsschlaufen fest.
BELÜFTUNG
Sorgen Sie stets für gute Luftzirkulation. Lassen Sie die
Belüftungsöffnung am Eingang geöffnet, ausser es ist
extrem windig.

SET UP
1. Allargare la tenda e chiudere completamente la porta
con cerniera.
2. Accostare gli angoli anteriore e posteriore, lasciando
un po’ di spazio nell’occhiello posteriore per consen-
tire la successiva chiusura.
3. Se si utilizzano i pali Distance AR, rimuovere il cap-
puccio dalla parte superiore dell’impugnatura di cias-
cun palo. Se si utilizzano gli adattatori per asta, col-
legarli alle impugnature per asta da trekking con le
cinghie munite di ganci e occhielli. Regolare i pali a
115 cm.
4. Estendere la barra trasversale e inserirla nella parte
superiore di ogni asta da trekking.
5. Inserire le punte delle aste da trekking nei passanti su
