1. Multiple Comfort Plugs are available to
block out external noise. Choose the best
pair that ts your inner ear comfortably and
best seals out noise.
2. Insert the appropriate monitor into each
ear. The LEFT and RIGHT monitors have
been specically designed to comfortably
t into the LEFT and RIGHT ear canal
respectively.
3. Adjust the volume on your music player
to minimum before inserting Punch Plugs.
