•Install your line conditioner indoors, away from excess moisture and heat, direct

sunlight,anddustandotherconductivecontaminants.

•Forbestperformance,keeptheindoortemperaturebetween32°Fand104°F(between

0°Cand40°C).

•Leaveadequatespacearoundallsidesofthelineconditionerforproperventilation.

Line Conditioner Connection Warnings

•Connectyourlineconditionerdirectlytoathree-wire,groundedACpoweroutlet.Donot

removeormodifythegroundpinofthelineconditioner'splug.Donotuseadaptersthat

would eliminate the line conditioner’s connection to ground.

•DonotuseextensioncordsbetweenthelineconditionerandtheACoutlet.Ifnecessary,

aTrippLitesurgesuppressormaybeusedbetweenthelineconditionerandtheAC

outlet.

•If youareconnecting your lineconditionerto a motor-powered AC generator, the

generator mustprovide clean, filtered computer-grade output.Connecting your line

conditionertoageneratorwillvoiditsUltimateLifetimeInsurance.
